Worst service outlet of Domino's. Delivered wrong order and missed one to give and that too 3hrs later!! I ordered at 8pm n received at 11pm that just crossed the limits. The order was delivered cold barely eatable. The two wrong orders were not taken back had to keep forcefully because they were not answering the call. Won't recommend to anyone. The delivery boy was back answering explaining it always takes three hours to deliver! Worst worst experience! Don't waste your time and money. Would have given no stars if that would have been here!

Don't know how to cook properly. Bad taste. I raised my complaint in dominos so they said we will give refund in your Domino's acc , but the refund didn't came . If the store is open then also they say that we don't have staff so dine in closed . If u guyz don't have staff close the outlet simple. And if someone go to take home delivery , we have to pay for the carry bag . Why should we pay for a carry bag. If someone is taking a parcel from the outlet than u have to give the carry bag to carry. And the billing person ask , sir do h want carry bag??. How silly question u r asking from customer. They will take pizza in hand from your outlet .

Not enough service good

Very dirty place you can check the photos posted by me. Floor was dirty, bees where around was bad then even a local Pizza outlet. Staff was good service was best. I don't post negative must but this was required you can check the photos how the floor is dirty

Decent place.. Had Non veg pizza with chicken sausage 🥘🍕 & barbeque chicken..& spicy pepper chicken wings🍗.. Was too hungry to click pics 😁 though 😜

Pathetic....app was showing after 2 hours of order & waiting it is delivered..but pizza was never delivered...when tried to contact store via phone no was picking up the call...when reached to store after arguments staff informed our order still getting ready... initially staff was not supportive....again after waiting for more 30 minutes finally picked up from store which was requested for home delivery. I hve always loved Domino's. Whether it's for the same pizzas or the garlic bread. It has always been picket friendly to me and has served the best . The delivery and service was on time. Loved it and highly recommended to all pizza lover's. Always stayed to upto the mark.

Worst taste of New paneer onion capsicum piza cheese was not at all there I fel they had applied shambod from the nose never try this Pepsi paid Rs60 not even 500ml it was. It's better to buy from normal kiran shop Rs45 600ml

Very pathetic service. Yesterday ordered at 10PM and got the delivery by 11:30PM and that too by visiting the restaurant. Also got different pizza than we ordered. You also can't contact the restaurant by any mean as phone number always switched off.

Placed an order at 2000 hrs today 01oct2020.. its 2124 hrs now and still no sign of delivery. Kids are fast asleep hungry waiting for their pizza, this tye 2nd ocassion, last year Children day was royally spoiled as the order was cancelled after a good 3 hrs od wait, time to stop Ordering from Dominos....

I m appreciate you all working in such pandemic situation but today I order golden corn pizza with fresh pan pizza base and it was pathetic, it worst ever,very less quantity of cheese, tasteless, I will never order again domino's pizza. Delivery boy is very polite. he gave us very fast delivery

Now a days dominos does not serve the same taste and quality like what i used to have before. Even the pizza bread tasted different this time.

There is an Advtz pasted on this outlet stating Everyday Value Pizza at ₹49 onwards...When asked at counter the staff literally replied that there is no such offer...I can presume that this Conglomerate too has started adopting cheap tactics to lure customers!!

DIRTIEST DOMINO'S OUTLET EVER!! Their bikes were parked right outside the gate so you can't enter the shop. Tables looked like they were not cleaned since a month. Toilet smelled like a Public toilet. None of the Air conditioners were working and the dining area was too hot.

This is my all time favorite pizza I.e Chicken Dominator full of Chicken rashers, salami, tikka etc and no veggies as I hate them 😜 along with this I love to order chicken peri peri wings and non veg taco mexicana All are my favorite and dominos is the one who can complete my pizza hunger craving anytime. Worst service I have ever received. A new lady has joined, asked me to order online, then my UPI was not working, I said take my order at pos I will pay by card, her machine Is also not working. They are giving reasons, to not take order from pos.. I am asking people around to make the payment through cash and I pay them back.. and also when some guy got ready to pay, this lady said I don't have change to give you.. this is all your problem.. you cannot blame customers saying, I asked you to order from app.. Pathetic service they're providing. And after doing all these, she is not even providing me an alternate option in order to help me out.. not at all bothered

Truly bad service and not maintaining a simple manner in the dining area!! Unprofessional talk between delivery persons and counter persons...! Services are too much of a delay, I think they are overloaded with their capacity !! They are charging carry 9.52 for paper bag which is not worth, within 0.5km bag has been tear and pizza fall down!!

They don't bother to honor the commitments in terms of offers that has accumulated over period of time. Many times the offers given to me are not delivered and just ignored by stating the offer would be delivered in the next delivery.

The outlet was empty. I was standing in place to order, and there was no one to take my order. The employees were enjoying and joking inside, having their best time of life, and some employees were sitting at the customers table, yet no one bothered to take my order. After waiting there like a fool, I had to leave.

All Domino's Pizza counters delivering online need to have a faster or polite staff to either handle food with hygiene n respect and not roam with it all over regardless of being aware about the location, area. The packets are open, napkins are missing, food is always cold, & add-on are never served. Maybe swiggy is not interested in quality but quantity of deliver completed in an hour is the motto ...

Domino's Pizza used to be my top choice for satisfying pizza cravings, but lately, it seems to have lost a bit of its charm. The taste remains consistent, but there's a missing spark that once made it stand out.

Guyz.... seriously.......pathetic branch of dominoes.....washroom was soo bad......floor was soo dirty....there were flies everywhere inside.....most surprising part is....Monday evening.....the entire place is empty still there was nobody at the counter to take order.....employee kept saying we will come and they were busy talking and laughing amazing themselves.....on mentioning that washroom was bad.....the employee says that - 'Washroom Aisa hi hota hai' Have been eating from Dominoes since I was a small boy and this is the 1st time ever got this kind of service and experience. P.S.- Would have added more pictures but the staff mentioned not to hence didn't respecting him.

I think Domino's should seriously consider taking back franchise from this particular store. I ordered 6 regular size pizza today but when I checked all the boxes no seal label stickers of domino's pizza on any one. Please check the seal before you let home delivery guy go I ordered it online mobile app. I had to ask for the bill I don't know what is wrong with Domino's never had such experience. 3 of 6 pizza was plain just taste like ordinary pizza when I call the branch to complain its busy or no is answering next time I will look for some other brands for pizza
