It is my favourite place for having hot chocolate with whipped cream. I never knew that Starbucks offered ice-creams and Oh MY GOD they're amazing. I tried their Java chip ice-cream and it was sooooo good. This Starbucks is my favourite as there is not much footfall so it is very quiet. There is a good place for parking both 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers. Their red velvet cake is very yum.

The terrace was not protected and we have a small rain... But it is a nice and welcoming café...

This branch of starbucks in lokhandwala has its own vibe and is the best place it you want to just chill with your friends and have a nice time or to work from home. The Starbucks staff here always makes you feel like your second home and will guide you properly and educate you on various coffee blends in there offering. Mangesh Shweta Akshay ragini Sujata Saeed Yogesh Arvind are some of the best baristas in the whole Starbucks chain and the white eagle coffee machine here offers the most consistent and best taste of coffee which other coffee chains fail to establish. This store is a must go for hardcore coffee lovers

As always great experience Starbucks is my go to cafe for every mood . And this particular outlet of 🌟 bucks in lokhandwala in andheri west is very happening and trendy. Today we had americano and cheese blueberry muffin and as always it was yummy 🤤 And we got a discount of 100rs on our total bill that was the cherry on the cake 🍰 🙈😂🤣

I love this starbucks, it has the best staff and the best service. It is always a nice place to come to and the service is fast, even the bathroom is clean which is a rarity in this city. My favorite staff members are Pawan, Vivek, Shweta, Ragini and Roshni. Sometimes I forget things like my bag or book but they always keep it because they know it is mine. It is a nice place to study, read, write and overall escape your family when your dadi finds your stash of cold drinks and tries to lecture you on how unhealthy it is

I always love to sit in Starbucks and do my work, a part from office and home this is my third destination where you can find me with my best flavour coffee which is Sumatra/Siphan! Every barista in this store serve you with smile, at last not least the security guy is so sweet as you will always find him with smiley face no matters what.

This Starbucks is at Lokhandwala backroad in Andheri west. It has a nice ambience. It has Ac and open section as well. You can chill here with your friends, have meetings and you will also find people working on their laptops. Usually occupied. The coffees are great.

Cosy well planned and the right place to wait out if you have arrived earlier or to meet up. If you aim to be in for a longer time, cold brews are a better option, hot brews are not really served hot and devolve instantly to a lukewarm state.

Service is quick, it has a soothing ambience and the new menu for this Starbucks is a must try. Place is a little small though. The good thing is it isn't too noisy like the other outlets so one can enjoy peace and quiet with a nice cup of coffee.

The best place to spend time and have brilliant coffee and to the staff headed by akshay followed by Sujata, sahil, sagar, Saeed etc are a dream team and will make sure the customer leaves the place with a smile on his face

Good set up at Starbucks in Lokhandwala, Bombay. I was here with my daughter in midst of festival shopping spree.. Flat white coffee is my favorite here with double chip chocolate cookie. They have Indoor and outdoor seating. Love this place. Service is quick and coffee is perfect.

There is relatively very less space as compared to all other outlets for Starbucks. If you go in at an odd time, you will not get place to sit. Either you will have to wait for someone to leave or just chose another place to visit.

The experience here is quite decent for a larger group the place is a bit small. But overall the service was good. They serve you at your table and its quick too. I had the Java choco chip frappe, coffee and green tea which were nice. The iced tea was not upto the mark in terms of taste. The pastry was yummy and quite sinful. Overall a decent place to chill.

This is the best Starbucks location with the best staff and atmosphere. It feels like home, they make your food and drinks with love! Shweta is one of the best barista there, always serving with a smile that uplifts your mood anytime of the day! Highly recommended!

My Starbucks card never works in their machine. It works in absolutely every other Starbucks on the planet. The new staff here was welcoming and polite. Food is overpriced garbage as it is in every other Starbucks. It's not the best cafe around but does the job if you're just looking for a coffee and are in the neighbourhood

The Starbucks name is enough for coffee experience but when you are familiar with a place and get warm welcome then it become special which I felt and experienced here. The coffee masters and all employees are well versed with coffee making, etiquette and service delivery with satisfaction. I love this place. The ambience is perfect. You can be yourself there and no one will judge you. The staff is very courteous and always happy to help. The coffee is made according to your taste. The food is nice but can get better. It is more on the expensive side but it's worth it. My favorite is their java chip frappe, chilly cheese toast and red velvet cake and chicken croissant. They have their own way to make you feel special. I have been a member since ages and I love the place. Its a must visit for coffee lovers.

I was scammed by Starbucks into their 'Subscription Scheme'. A bunch of staffers pushed into purchasing the 10 beverages for 2200 offer. Ever since the amount got deducted from my account, things have been disastrous. Their system NEVER reflects the correct number of beverages availed in the subscription. Unlike when they tried hardselling the subscription, where the entire team chime in to sell the offer, they ask me to speak to customer care. TWICE, I got the number corrected to the actual number consumed beverage, where they ADMITTED that there was a 'system error' , later on they just REFUSED TO help and said figure with customer care. The Lokhandwala outlet manager made me feel like a investigated criminal, where she said CCTV footage will need to be checked . She was EXTREMELY RUDE, was ofcourse supposed to call me to clarify, but NEVER DID. The team makes faces when I come to the counter asking for clarification about the beverage or even to ask about how to sort my subscription disaster. Customer care assures that they will call back, atleast thats what the manager says, but never does. A rare incident as per the Starbucks global practices, but disastrous since despite being on the recieving end, and being scammed , nobody from the team is willilng to help. My review probably wont stop the visitors to visit the chain, but please dont buy into their desperate monthly target meeting scame schemes and pre-purchase future beverages , they stop caring the minute the money comes into their account! SHAME

Starbucks- a tata venture started in the year 1971 serving coffee based beverages, confectionaries and some of its own in house manufactured products like coffee mugs tumblers.... In a recent visit to Starbucks lokhandwala we have ordered american and blueberry cheese muffin... You can sense the taste of freshly roasted and brewed coffee in every sip...Also the blue berry cheese muffin taste sweet and sour. As per me Starbucks serves best variety of hot coffees compared to cold beverage Cost for 2 : 300 per head

The guy who takes your order is really friendly his name is Ankit. He's pretty chill. The vibe of the place is so good. Feels positive 😍👍 Holi frappe is amazing. Just didn't like the whipped cream.

I loved their coffee. I had caramel cold coffee with whipped cream and it was so amazing. You can feel the strong chilled coffee with a hint of caramel in every sip. And the caramel sauce drizzled over the whipped cream was a treat to the eyes. They have got another branch in Oshiwara circle but I would always prefer this outlet for really good coffee.

Staff ,as usual is very courteous and welcoming .,with smiles and energy,as usual.So also Ambient atmosphere also makes ,one happy to step-in.The only issue is the Beverages and other items on the menu , comparatively are "Overpriced",in real sense ,one has to pay "Star" Bucks, StarBucks is expected to review ,the price tags,so as to minimise the Big Holes in the Pocket.Quality of products is undoubtedly undisputed.Thanks.

Extremely poor service. Firstly, when you ask them to make mozzarella tomato sandwich hot, they make it boiling hot, so that all mozzarella gets melted and tomatoes get cooked. Needless to say, you can’t even put it in your mouth if you don’t want to burn your mouth and tongue. Same thing with blueberry muffin. Honestly, guys on a cart who make 50 rupees sandwiches just opposite Starbucks, make it better quality. Secondly, they don’t know hot to make cappuccino. They charge as it’s a cappuccino, but in fact it’s just black coffee with milk. We pay 240 rupees for smallest cup to get such terrible quality. Thirdly, their staff members occupy washroom for 20 minutes and make you wait. I wanted to wash my hands, but some of the staff just went before and he was there for 20 minutes. You serious guys? After some time another staff member came in and spent there 15 minutes. Don’t you have washroom for your employees? You charge minimum triple more than average and you can’t arrange washroom for stuff? Unbelievable.

Frankly speaking the worst Starbucks I have been to. While ordering , the staff ASKED what did we want , upon telling 1 Cappuccino - She replies - " I would recommend XYZ... it is very good and this and that "... it was damn irritating the way she ' Recommended ' it. Then I wanted to have 'Choco duo....' , she again recommends something else. That really put me off. I insisted on having choco Duo , which ofcourse they didnt have. She kept talking about some Store exclusive drinks .. that is okay but they way she recommended would have made.me walk away. Finally I ordered Pumpkin spice latte...when ahe served it , I asked for pumpkin spice to sprinkle- she said they don't have it... what ? Really ? I asked her what should I do to get it ? She does, and talks to senior and senior puts some pumpkin spice on the whipped cream... The entire episode looked bizarre and felt like some ' Jugad' . I understand she is new but dont lie to the customers and dont 'recommend' in aggressive way. I dont think I have been to any cafe and had such an experience after paying heavily. Look like they are interested in selling only certain things and the basic things are absconding. Pumpkin spice, ofcourse was good but much milder due to Lack of sprinkle. Paneer sandwich was decent. Gave 2 stars for food.
