Very
unprofessional
service.
I
had
booked
a
sedan
4
days
in
advance
for
Pune
to
Mumbai
airport
travel
on
26th
Nov
22.
I
gave
pick
up
time,
date
and
my
address
in
detail
in
Yewalewadi.
On
25th
Nov
night,
they
send
4
drivers'
details
one
after
another.
I
thought
the
last
one
will
pick
me
up
on
travel
date.
The
pick
up
time
was
8.00am
and
I
called
him
at
8.00
am.
He
said
'Yerawada
dur
padata
he,
maine
reject
kiya
he,
aap
office
me
baat
kijiye'.
I
called
the
office
and
and
protested
the
fact
that
they
can
not
understand
difference
between
Yewalewadi
and
Yerawada.
The
receptionist/operator
was
in
sleep
and
she
was
clearly
not
understanding
the
situation
as
I
was
losing
time
and
may
miss
my
flight.
Then
she
gave
another
driver's
number
and
went
to
sleep
again.
I
called
the
driver
but
he
said,
"
type
puncture
he,
aap
dusari
gaadi
bhejane
ke
liye
office
me
bolo".
I
got
very
furious
as
the
driver
was
asking
me
to
call
to
office
when
he
should
have
done
that.
The
receptionist
woke
up
again
when
I
called,
and
again
started
doing
the
same
thing
i.e.
asking
me
to
wait
for
new
car.
This
went
on
till
9.00am,
I
was
already
late
by
an
hour
so
had
no
other
choice
to
book
an
uber.
After
9.15
she
arranged
another
car,
messaged
me
the
details.
Did
not
bothered
to
call
me
till
9.30.
Then
she
called
me
again
I
did
not
pick
up
the
calls.
She
was
able
to
connect
me
from
new
number
and
asked
for
the
address
again.
How
could
one
trust
KP
travels
with
driver
this
time?
Also,
I
had
given
address
details
and
shared
location
to
more
than
5
persons/drivers
of
KP
travels
by
then,
still
I
was
asked
the
same
information
again.
I
did
not
understand
do
they
really
read
the
information
sent
by
customers
like
pick
up
date,
time,
address?
It
was
very
frustrating
experience,
the
KP
travels
have
not
refunded
the
booking
amount
yet
and
I
am
not
expecting
them
to
do
that
considering
the
above
experience.
