The driver was really well behaved and drover very well. Will book him again while returning home. 5 stars for that. However, just a small feedback please try and ensure that the drivers reach pickup point on time as there may be situations like me where I had a doctor's appointment. Luckily did not miss it. Otherwise quite happy with the overall service!

I have booked cab from pune to mahabaleshwar for one day. They have responded quickly and booking is very easy. The car was clean and hygiene maintained , driver assigned to us dilip dada has arrived before time. Driving was good and safe. He has covered all the places that they have mentioned. KP Travels arranged a car for us on a short notice. The customer service was prompt, courteous and helpful. The car was neat, clean and arrived well before pick up time at the mumbai airport. The driver was polite, cooperative and knowledgeable of routes and traffic. What really stood out was the transparent fare policy. We didn't have to pay anything over and above the agreed upon fare. Highly recommended especially if you're traveling with senior citizens or family.

Few days back I had undertaken 3 day 2 night trip to mahabaleshwar from Pune, booking experience was very Good, they just took nominal adv and booked the trip, previous day driver called and spoke regarding what time to pick up and where, and reported just 10 min before the given time and was polite and taken good care of us.and the accommodation arranged by them was good Overall we had hassle free booking, comfortable ride and stay.In February 2023 we are again booking with them for next trip. We are extremely happy with them therefore I am rating their services as 5 Star 👍

I have Taken Cab from pune airport to shirdi via bhimshankar as a package which they said minimum of 600kms have to be travelled in two days! But we went to Nashik directly instead of bhimshankar and the overall kms was just 550kms which is less than 600kms! But these guys said nashik is not part of package and we have asked 6k extra at last moment! Even if we would have taken bhimshankar also same kms it would have been! Owner doesnt have any knowledge on the Distances and these guys are very rude! And they have cheated me at last moment!

Extremely unreliable. Total mismanagement. Service going Bad to worst day by day. I was about to miss the international flight due to late pick up by driver due their own problems, even after following them 24 hours advance. Also, waited at airport more than 30 min to pick up even after booking in advance. They don’t care for their customers. I was using KP since past 4-5 years. But approx. last 1 year their service has become worst. Driver don’t come on time, they give new excuses every time. I have decided to stop hiring them. Better to go with others rather than regretting by wasting ur precious time, money and energy. Zero rating.

My experience with K P travels was wonderful. Initially I was very concerned about booking my trip with them on very short notice, as I had multiple travels plans in Mumbai(Local) in odd timings where driver had to wait for my business meetings and then I had to reach Pune on time bound conditions. K P travels not only ensured providing professional car service, but custom care was also reachable on WhatsApp/Text/Calls whenever I contacted them. Car they sent was very clean and driver was well dressed and professional in talking. There was no intention to overcharge the customer, that was very impressive. Travel is little good but Never use the vehicle number mh12sf 1886.if they given you he number of Sagar sonawane please dont go for it.the owner is very rude and senceless person.he doesnot have any respect for ladies always videocall to his friends to show the lady pessagner.he threatened to drop in the half way also .take money in adv by fill less petrol in every petrol pump once you paid all he started showing color .if you are north indian then please avoid the travel.i recommended all my friend to keep avoid the driver as well as possible the travel .

We booked a car from Pune to Bombay. 1. Driver was 1 hour late 2. Driver refused to help us load the bags 3. Took a long stop for fuel and air 4. The car was dirtier than a BMC dumpster 5. The driver was rude af Saving 500-1000 is not worth it if one has to sit in this dumpster for so long.

Service, vehicles, drivers are good. But contains hidden charges which they will charge at the time of payment. Also take a pic of reading before start of tour because the trip readings are not accurate. In my case I observed that trip reading is higher than actual meter reading. The difference was around 30 km.

Most useless service, not atall reliable, pick up after two hrs, from estimated time, very unhygienic car inside full of bad odour, keeping full night travel windows open, that too in winter,very unreasonable Driver needs to rest as sometimes car gets out of control. Very unprofessional service. I had booked a sedan 4 days in advance for Pune to Mumbai airport travel on 26th Nov 22. I gave pick up time, date and my address in detail in Yewalewadi. On 25th Nov night, they send 4 drivers' details one after another. I thought the last one will pick me up on travel date. The pick up time was 8.00am and I called him at 8.00 am. He said 'Yerawada dur padata he, maine reject kiya he, aap office me baat kijiye'. I called the office and and protested the fact that they can not understand difference between Yewalewadi and Yerawada. The receptionist/operator was in sleep and she was clearly not understanding the situation as I was losing time and may miss my flight. Then she gave another driver's number and went to sleep again. I called the driver but he said, " type puncture he, aap dusari gaadi bhejane ke liye office me bolo". I got very furious as the driver was asking me to call to office when he should have done that. The receptionist woke up again when I called, and again started doing the same thing i.e. asking me to wait for new car. This went on till 9.00am, I was already late by an hour so had no other choice to book an uber. After 9.15 she arranged another car, messaged me the details. Did not bothered to call me till 9.30. Then she called me again I did not pick up the calls. She was able to connect me from new number and asked for the address again. How could one trust KP travels with driver this time? Also, I had given address details and shared location to more than 5 persons/drivers of KP travels by then, still I was asked the same information again. I did not understand do they really read the information sent by customers like pick up date, time, address? It was very frustrating experience, the KP travels have not refunded the booking amount yet and I am not expecting them to do that considering the above experience.

So we tell the KP travels team about the service then they started arguing with us for their mistake .. 1.The staff including the owner of the K.P. travel is very arrogant to talk with the customer..! 2.They are using abusing word with the customer for the money like a begger. 3. The service also very bad... The car service very bad (the bad smell is coming in car) cushions are very bad. Car is not clean..! 4. They act like a begger... They asking more money for the bad services.

We chose KP for Pune to Mumbai International Airport cab service for 5. We made booking for 2 sedan without any hassle. We got the driver details 1 day before our trip and payment was supposed to be made to both the drivers in an amount which we had agreed on to split between 2. Now driver had no clue about this. There should've been more transparency between KP and drivers about payment details. On our return journey, KP had given us the cab details with vehicle numbers. But when we got picked up the vehicle numbers were different for both vehicles and both cabs had no logo-sign of KP Travels. Since it was night time we had no option but to travel with these. Lots of follow-up.

KP travels is fraud company and might have limited vehicles. They are travel coordinator ( commission agent ) . They take booking and give to other travel agent . I booked car for emergency work and car did not come to pick up . I tried too many times nobody responding. Thereafter i come to know that they have given my booking to Swaraj tours and travels and this travel company received long tour thats why he did not come to pick up me . Dont trust to KP travels. They are not reliable travel agent. I booked by seeing positive review but this reviews posted by themselves to trap more customers . Please think twice before booking .

I opted for 3AM in morning as my flight was at 9AM. The driver reached home at sharp 3AM and he drived smoothly. Within 2hrs 30mins we were in airport. The car, the driver and the trip was good but the the driver cheated us toll plaza. He didn’t let us pay at toll plazas when I asked why he said we have pass. And once our trip was completed the driver charged us separately for going and coming. I have complained about it to its office also who said will get back to me and didn’t bother to get in touch. Overall experience would have been great if the driver and the office people have not cheated us by tricks like this.
