HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not recommend for female travellers. 1. We got into the hotel because I had a flight delay and since we had a day we thought we would roam around in Mumbai. 2. At night they put down shutter like a shady place which turned out to be shady. We reached around 2am. 3. The manager showed us to the room and that was a mix bed room in which there were all men 4. Then after sometime I could smell horrible smell of weed (may be some other stuff). I couldn't sleep. 5. I asked manager to help us change room and he charged 500 rs extra per person (we were a group of 3) . Behavior was extremely rude. 6. We payed out of desperation for PINK ROOM (name of the room) and luckily there were no rats or insects. And the room had AC which they would turn off after a certain time in the morning. 7. All night I could hear shady men smoking outside our room. 8. I went to the first floor bathroom, there was hair and tobacco spit everywhere. 9. Luckily the bathroom in the 2nd room was quite ok so we managed. 10. I thank my stars to have gone there with a bunch of people else I would not feel secure at all. 11. The sheets were terrible I could see drool marks everywhere. Sheets were yellow and blanket was dusty. 12. The bed had bed bugs Giving 1 star because 1. The manager boy got us water bottle and carried our luggage to room.

Worst place to stay. No proper maintenance,lot of rats in the place where we sleep. Worker guys don't even change the bedsheets after one leaves,they just turn it and put the same. I have complained many times about the issue but the employee says will see later... Please don't stay here. Don't put your health in risk. This is genuine review. Trust me. Great location for airport and Santa Cruz railway station direct to central. However, Rats running everywhere, mice in our private room, bed bugs and rats in the roof above our bed, no clean open common area to relax. Only pay 100-150 rupee to and from airport via auto rickshaw - driver tried to charge us 500. Staff were lovely but extremely dirty and in a rough area. Not advised for solo westerners.

No Backpacker vibe. Mostly local people working, some looking to rip you off. Big dorm has prison mentality and most staffs are very rude especially the young ones. But the two main people on the desk are actually amazing day and night; even moving us to a private room after being severally bitten by loads of BED BUGS in the big prison dorm.(Red Room) Pink room is the best so far; small and clean. People seemed happy in the blue room too.

The place is infested with mice and rats. Don't book it, it's disgusting. Left my room in the middle of the night because I saw several mice, one of them on my bed. While I was then sitting in the lobby a rat passed through and climbed one of the chairs before leaving again.

Place is best for budget travelers. (Nice air conditioned hostel, neat & clean toilet, dinning terrace) Staffs good in behaviour Near US consulate, auto charges ₹60_70 Easily assess via domestic airport, auto charges ₹40_50

One of the best hostel in mumbai With all facilities which i want in!! I always choose this hostel for my stay I saw the safety’s in this hostel People comes from all over India and outoff India too Staff is good i can say 8/10

I was alone for a meeting at Mumbai. The stay at Town hostel Santa Cruz near airport was amazing! The receptionist and house keepers guided me right from check in. The amenities were good! This hotel definitely suits good for solo travellers!

It was nice staying here, calm and quiet. Clean and comfortable. Got a WiFi with better uploading speed comparing to other hotels.

I stayed here for a few hours in the night. It was overall an okay experience. The dorms were okay. I got the upper bed and the AC was right above me literally. Washroom wasn't that clean and was very small. Nothing to hang your clothes

One of the lady who in lavondor Room is too much irritating every time shout shout And she take dinner in the room, she is shouting on phone in the room late night But restrictions to other people, don't talk, don't eat like this

Good place in Santacruz east. We booked for 6 hours and We got first floor and they gave 2 dorm bed with A/c I was with lady. So I am so conscious about the place and we had taken rest for few hours and checked out around 9 pm. Not recommended for couples who are expecting privacy. Only for time being we can stay here it is a good place

I had a tough day travelling as i reached to this place i was happy to relax, had a pleasant stay, chilling ac , also the place is ideal for any travellers. Clean n tidy.

Worst experience of my life. Checked in around 7:30 pm in mixed dormitory as this hostel doesn't have female dorms. They lied to me on call that they have female dorms available. The washrooms has permant smell of sigarattes and mosquitos. Even the beds were smelling bad. They dont have locks on the storage. On top of this one of the person from my dorm room stole my purse which had 7/8 debit cards, 2 silver rings and 1000 cash. When I went to complain about this incident to manager / receptionist, the manager / receptionist let that thief check out in front of me when I was checking the cctv camera footage. I checked in cctv camera and found some stranger took it from my purse when I was out for washroom.. I didnt sleep the whole night because of mosquito and the pain of loosing the purse for the very first time in my life and checked out at 6:00 am in the morning.

It is ok to stay for one night... Wifi works good but a smell came out from the bed and the bathroom is very small... You can order food there and sit at the ground floor

The place is very nice, clean and staff is very friendly. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Washrooms are super clean. Overall nice experience. If you looking for over night stay this is the best place to stay.

One of the best and most affordable dormitory in Santacruz East. They have a very helpful staff. The location is precise and everything is near to it. You can directly get a skywalk from Santacruz local station and in the end you will end up exactly infront of the hostel. Traveller friendly with easy access to nearby market.

The place is good if you're travelling alone and need a place to dump your luggage and want to explore the city.The price of the place is moderate compared to other hostels.And the place is cleaned after the person leaves the hostel.overall the place is great for few nights.

The bed had bed bugs and they make sure that you can't sleep. The number of toilets vs the number of people the property hosts is too less. The hygiene is not best talked about.

This one is situated in the prime point That's the only positive thing I have found. Rooms are congested. if you are staying for more than two days this is not a good option. I stayed here for a couple of weeks. there is no ironing facility here.

I had a wonderful experience at the Qube Stay Santacruz. Every staff member like Manager Mr Shmshad And Manger Mr Munawar I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

A decent place for dormitory stay. Beds are decent. Though there were not much open space apart from bed. Bathrooms are average. The cleanliness could be better. Staffs are helpful.

Pathetic place. Extremely unhygienic. No covid protocols followed. Washroom seems as if it has never been cleaned even once. Never go there.

Nice place with access to all transport mediums. 1.Good location 2.All budget hotels nearby 3.Wifi was good 4. Good quality beds 5.Cleanliness up to date 6.Staff was welcoming and cheerful .Reception guys Feroz and Ahmed are helpful also housekeeping boys are helpful and polite. Just need some little modification like every bed should have a small fan.
