Went

biltema
with

shopped
around,
at
kasaa
they
told
me
to
open
the
ryggsäck,
TOLD
not
asked
me,
when
I
asked
I
didn't
like
it
told
me

talk
to
customer
returns.
While
standing
in
line
of
customer
returns
I
saw
Many
people
with
sack
or
bag
getting
passed
without
check.
Asked
for
manager
he
tells
me
"you
have
right
to
say
no
and
we
can't
do
anything
about
it"
I
said
you
are
wrong
in
asking
customer
to
open
the
bags
unless
you
know
them
of
stealing.
He
says
its
biltema
policy
I
said
its
not
he
said
I
will
check
with
management
and
tell
you,
3
days
later
calls
me
and
says
its
just
our
policy.
Worst
experience
of
stealing
my
freedom
in
my
entire
life,
Even
the
airport
security
is
better
cause
you
know
that
its
the
rule.
Here
it
is
