I had to leave a review because i have been here twice now and one receptionist in particular needs an attitude adjustment the others are almost as bad. They are very short with you and come off rude and grumpy. I usually would put it down to a bad day but the exact same thing has happened twice now and both times in the morning. People that come in to a doctors surgery dont want to be spoken to like filth.

Second time of seeing Maneesha. She is absolutely fabulous I can not recommend her enough. So thorough and such a beautiful person who actually really does care about you and your health.so lovely for a doctor who has only seen me twice to check my blood pressure. My regular doc at another practice just use to hand me my script without bothering. Cannot comment more highly.

First impressions count. And the receptionist ruined this visit for me, her name is Wendy and she is by far the rudest medical receptionist I’ve come across, her attitude was disrespectful and judgmental. And her skills as a receptionist were also lacking. The doctor I saw was amazing and very kind and I hate to think that the clinic gains negative reviews from one staff member but as the first face and person you see and talk to as you enter she has nothing but negative vibes and a disrespectful attitude. Reading past reviews I’m not the only one that has experienced this, Wendy needs to make some serious adjustments or find a job where she more suited…

I have been a long term patient at the clinic and was disappointed with the reception attitude. I waited 7 minutes on the first phone call only to give up and try again. I waited through a cycle of message again saying the receptionists were busy, then finally got on to Jacky who brusquely told me there were no appointments available this week, I thanked her and hung up in amazement. Rang back a few minutes later, still the busy reception message and inquired if they were open Saturday morning and was again fairly abrupt in telling me yes they were. I decided to go to MyHealth at Eastland instead who could give me an appointment at the time I wanted on Thursday. Not

My daughter who is 7 months pregnant just attended this clinic, saw a lovely female GP, but was treated terribly by a receptionist called Wendy. As a nurse and former receptionist, I’m extremely disappointed how she was treated, and the exchange that took place

My wife attended your clinic with double booked appointments and she was treated very badly by doctor Yamei Zhang Doctor was engrossed in typing on computers rather than talking to her and listening to her problems Very much disappointed with her professionalism, my wife had to ask her to do few tests, she didn’t bothered to do any of the tests or took interest to investigate my wife’s concerns Lately this clinic standards has gone down Better we look at other medical clinics

The wait time is just ridiculous. Been here twice this year and doctor was 30 behind at 9am. Blood test took an hour wait for 2 people ahead of me. Just too slow.

Always received great service here. Front desk, doctors and other staff, always easy to deal with. Doctors are thorough in their consultation.

I have been attending this clinic for about 5 years. I have always been impressed with all of the doctors I’ve seen here, even when I couldn’t get myself or my children in to our usual GP. I am happy to pay as the service here is so thorough, and everyone takes the time to listen and help you through your problems.

The best doctor clinic in the eastern suburbs by far! We have been involved with the doctors at WRC for 32 years. Have tried a few other clinics that are closer to home, but we would rather drive the 30 minutes to WRC. They are brilliant.

Had a wonderful almost completely painless experience when I got my IUD replaced. I had it done last five years ago at another clinic where the doctor stated that I didn’t do well and recommended I go under general anaesthetic. Well how wrong was she!!! All it took was probably a more experienced doctor at warrandyte clinic to do it without any problems at all!!!! I not only felt so comfortable during it I also recovered quickly from it. I was fine within a few hours, not weeks like five years ago elsewhere. The nurse and doctor helping with the procedure was so nice and comforting they both deserve so much appreciation.

I have been attending this clinic for almost 50 years... wow! During that time I have seen a multitude of Doctors and have always been extremely happy with them. Coming as a child with my Mum and then taking my children and now my adult children attend. I have always found the staff, which includes the nursing and admin support staff to be extremely helpful and delightful to deal with and the convenience of having the onsite Pharmacy with the very helpful Narin and team just adds to the convenience of Warrandyte Clinic. I thoroughly recommend.

An excellent family doctor that has cared for my family for over 25 years. While we usually see Dr Mackay (who is fabulous) I have also been very happy with care from other doctors at the clinic that we have seen when he's been unavailable.

I'm very happy to have found a wonderful G.P (Dr. Sara Safari) who not only has a very high degree of professionalism and excellent PR skills, but has no hesitation in undertaking small procedures instead of providing a referral to another doctor. Furthermore, Miranda (Nurse) also has a very high degree of professionalism and a lovely sense of humour. Combined, they both provide a truly relaxed atmosphere. Simply the best in my opinion.

I have been attending Warrandyte Road Clinic for approximately 30 years and have always been satisfied with the service I have received. Dr M Epstein has been my doctor for the majority of that time and has always been thorough, kind and professional. At 74 years of age it is important to have a doctor that looks at all aspects of my health and takes my concerns seriously.

I consider myself fortunate to have Jason as my doctor as he is a knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic GP who has helped make significant improvements to my health over the past six years. My experience is all the clinic staff here do a great job, including those at the front desk and pathology.

Changed Clinics after 50 plus years due to moving suburbs. Extremely happy with my new Doctor.

Reception staff are very helpful and welcoming. I have seen 3 different doctors, and all were very professional and caring.

We had a referral for a particular doctor to see my daughter, Dr Sara Safari! The earliest we could book was one month in advance because Doctor Sara Safari only works one half day a week and one other alternate day. I booked online, received my confirmation and then Dr Sara decides to change her schedule 6 days out from our appointment. So now we need to reschedule on her already limited amount of time on offer. They offered the 29th of June (another 3 weeks away) How very considerate of Dr Sara. Thanks but no thanks, you obviously have no consideration for people or their time. And "Narelle" at the reception telling me "this is just how it is, their schedule's are subject to change" doesn't help. Don't offer an online booking service if you cannot commit, it's very poor business practice. It's probably a blessing I need to find another Dr.

Three generations of my family attend this clinic and I myself have been a client here for 20+ years. I've met all the GPs, receptionists and nurses (some of whom have been there for all 20+ years), and though I have my favourites, I trust the care of every single one of them. I can not speak more highly of this clinic and all the staff who work here. The standard of care always excels, the GPs always investigate thoroughly, referring when necessary and take the time to follow up with you too. The reception staff are always efficient above everything, even with multiple calls on the line, they still make time for kindness and a joke. I recommend Warrandyte rd to anyone who asks. A very well loved doctor's office for my entire family.
