Wonderful product that was easily installed. Real cedar, no compromise. Having a sauna during the day or evening is not only relaxing but good for you, I love the feeling of being relaxed and energized after 2 x 15 minute sessions.

Heavenly Saunas are outstanding. Anna & Mark are passionate about their products, and their customer service is second to none. We bought a Pinnacle Barrel sauna as an addition to our new swimming pool and the sauna gets more use than the pool! After assembly we had some technical issues, and Anna arranged for one of their team to come out and rectify them immediately. Buying a sauna is a great idea- we love it.

I Purchased the Salem 2 Person Barrel. It is great. Heavenly Saunas Australia were very easy to deal with and had great communication and very fast delivery. Construction was pretty straight forward and instructions included were very good. The 2 person fits 2 very easily, but you can squeeze 4 in there if you don't mind a bit of bodily contact. It gets up to heat very quickly and is getting a heap of use. Thanks Heavenly Saunas and Anna

Right from the very first phone call I found the experience with Anna and the team absolutely outstanding. It was refreshing to deal with people that are passionate about the product they sell and therefore in a position to offer factual advice. I went for the Princeton as, being relatively tall, I like to lay down in mine. The only advice I would offer to prospective purchasers is to pay for assembly as it is something that you want to get right the first time. I watched the team who assembled mine and it is more challenging than I thought! Totally doable if you have the practical skills however. I guess the other thing to bear in mind is that when it rains it leaks. That is simply what Barrel Sauna's do so if you don't like that I recommend a rain cover. I actually love the fact water comes in - it adds to the experience! Keep up the great work Anna and team :-) These sauna's are very worthy investment in anyone's health and wellbeing.

We are very happy with our sauna. Great customer service from start to finish. Installation took some time but wasn't difficult and we rather enjoyed the process. We are now using the sauna 3 or more times a week and it has become a great place to discuss family matters while the kids are in bed. Or a solo retreat place when you need some me-time.

The service provided by the team at Heavenly Saunas (HS) was and is second to none. They were more than happy to field all of my questions. Once the decision to purchase through them was made. They continued to provide excellent customer service. Organising alternate local shipping details (at short notice), provided detailed product assembly info and assistance / support and electrical trades if required. They even gave up there Saturday afternoon to meet us at their factory for pick up! What can I say about the sauna… few words ‘ we love it’. Thanks again Anna, Mark and the team at HS. 👍

I'm absolutely loving my sauna purchased from Heavenly Saunas two years ago. My quality of sleep has improved out of sight and I recover so much quicker from exercise sessions. HEAVENLY SAUNA TIMBER MAINTENANCE I recommend "Intergrain Universal Timer Oil, Clear" (see picture below) I can get 2 coats on with a 1Litre tin available at Bunnings HEAVENLY SAUNA LANDSCAPING IDEAS Outdoor shower and sauna connected by a pathway of sleepers and crushed gravel bounded by plastic garden edging with weed mats installed underneath.

We bought the Pinnacle three months ago and have been using it 5 to 6 times a week. We are loving it, as are our friends! Great purchase.
