    Programs set up to help you succeed, tailored to your abilities, and pushing you harder when you need it. I love the format of group classes - all the thinking has already been done, just need to show up and put in the work. It ticks all the boxes for me, and has been one of the few exercise regimes I’ve signed up to that keep me (consistently!) going for nearly a year. Honestly, the big thing for me is that it is not an intimidating experience for those starting on their fitness journey- The trainers are friendly and encouraging!

    I signed up to the MOVE program at Big 5 fitness before Xmas. As a group training novice I have found Big 5 very welcoming with a friendly local community. Everything is professionally organised with no fuss. The classes are full of variety and the fabulous instructors go out of there way to motivate and help you with the right technique. Rome was not built in a day but since joining Big 5 I am already starting to feel better and fitter after only a few weeks.

    Big5 has completely transformed my life!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.. it’s the best fitness centre with extremely trained and motivating coaches who help you SMASH your fitness goals.     My first gym experience could not have been better. The body scan helped identify my goals and the trainers have been so helpful. First couple of sessions were tough but with their help it's getting better every day. Thanks Johan, Andrea and Zac!

    I’ve been going to Big 5 since March 2016. The trainers are specialists in their fields and go above and behind to make you feel welcome as well as help you on your desired journey, wether it be weight loss or putting on muscle mass. The equipment is modern and the people who train there are a really good bunch! Highly recommend.

    I’ve been coming to Big 5 almost since it began. What keeps me here - apart from the obvious strength gains and health benefits - is the variety (never the same program day in, day out), the motivation from the trainers (attentive but not intimidating) and the sense of community (it’s such an inclusive club; everyone really is made to feel welcome). Johan and his team really know how to make you feel good, inside and out.

    Very friendly and professional team. They show you how to correctly do moves and always handy. Never intimidated but supportive so you can benefit and learn. I loved being part of this club

    Been a member for a month and I've enjoyed it far more than any other fitness program or gym I've tried over the years. Which means I'm more likely to keep at it! Never been a fan of group training but Big5 is just what I needed. No egos, friendly members and trainers just making sure you're doing the exercises properly and pushing yourself. I feel like I've benefited more in a month here than I did in three months going to the gym solo.

    I’ve been really pleased with the offering at Big 5 in terms of the training offered, the different levels they cater to, information on offer and progress over the past 3 months. Highly recommend.
