The very first time I walked in to MVC I felt welcomed. Nearly two years later that feeling hasn't changed. What a great bunch of people and a great, supportive community. Add to that the brilliant feel of a real boxing gym and top notch trainers and you can't lose. Boxing has been great for my fitness and it helps me keep my head in the game - I love it - and what a great place to learn.

I love MVC because it caters for all ages and is especially family friendly. I train with my husband and encourage my kids to join in too. The trainers really know how to deliver a great boxing circuit or prepare you for competitive fights. The facilities are clean and well equiped. MVC has a well established history and I love being a part of it.

My experience training at MVC is like none other. Where else can you go to make lifetime friendships and get the most out of your boxing and the most outve yourself. With the best trainers in the business.

There is so much support and opportunity to not only become fitter but to improve confidence and build self empowerment thus simply making life better. MVC Boxing is an amazing club to be involved in, with such a welcoming and supportive vibe you instantly feel part of the family. The boxing circuits are so much fun and the trainers structure their classes to maximize fitness and basic boxing technique. My children love the kids boxing classes which are great for confidence and co-ordination. I can't recommend MVC Boxing enough, everyone should try it........but be warned, it's highly addictive!!!!!!

The best boxing gym in the eastern suburbs fantastic trainers who push to get the very best from you also the different classes that are on offer you will not find at other gyms a very friendly atmosphere that creates a enjoyable experience every time you train I recommend MVC to all my friends

Such Awsum team at mvc, my 8 yr old son has grown confidence and its helping with his concentration, really Awsum organisation. Great people whom are tough but huge hearts as doing it all non for profit! Kudos 2 the team

MVC has such a nice community and welcoming environment - no matter your experience, age or whoever you are! It is a family friendly place for both fitness and competitions. I've extremely enjoyed training here, and have made life-long friends within this awesome community.
