Shane on Colby is a superb mexican restaurant in the Dandenong Ranges. The flavours, textures and visual presentation are all excellent.

Delicious, fresh food in a funky setting. So glad we have a cool mex local to call our own! Service was great to boot. We had nachos, elotes, meschetta and quesadilla

OK, I'll believe the hype! All the food and drinks were seriously delicious... we shared the corn ribs, chicken tacos, and beef quesadilla, and we couldn't fault any of the dishes! We also enjoyed the sangria jug (which I think can be hit and miss for me, but this one was perfect) Will def be back, as now want to try the burrito and nachos! We ordered our dishes medium, and I think it was great... not too hot (I enjoy a bit of heat) and just full of flavour! ... also, I have to mention the service! Super friendly and inviting... can't wait to try more!

Love going to Shane on Colby. The vibe is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the price’s affordable. I recommend to everyone I know and speak very highly of them over all. Must try the Sangria and tacos!

Wow, that was delicious! We got the fish tacos and beef burrito, both so yum and fresh. Wonderful service and great vibes. Good vegan options too. Will be returning here again, and then again and again!

Beautiful decor, even better food. This place has a lovely & laid back vibe to it. The food is delicious & fresh. We had the nachos, tacos (banana blossom), burrito (mushroom), quesadilla (chicken) & some orange juice. The spicy level we chose for the burrito and quesadilla was "Scary" (hot) which wasn't too spicy for us but taste was amazing. There is ample parking around.

I do not rate restaurants, but this is an exception. One of the best eateries I’ve ever experienced, sensational food, unbelievable vibe and great prices. The only downside is that I don’t live closer, as I would visit every weekend. Seriously five stars, I’ll be back whenever I have an excuse!

Delicious Mexican food! I tried the beef burrito, the beef melted and the flavours were spot on. I’ll definitely be going there again to try the other food on the menu.

I've been here a few times, and keep returning not just not due to the food, but the feeling I'm part of community. I used to think vegan food tasteless until I tried the banana blossom tacos, and have returned for these. The quesadillas are plump and bursting with flavour, the mescetta (Mexican bruschetta) filling with bright flavours, highlighted with bursts of pineapple. Nachos - amazing and filling, and not realising that there's no cheese until a discussion with Shane! My husband found his chicken burrito the best he's eaten.

if you want a delicious meal, for a good deal in a stunning and fresh atmosphere go here!!! The food and service here was impeccable. I ordered the chicken burrito, which was not only filling, but also tasty. The tacos and bowls were amazing and I recommend getting the flauters!

It was my first time going to Shane on Colby and it was fantastic. They were very accommodating to my 2 toddlers and they loved the chicken tacos. It was $5 tacos night which was awesome value and I had both the beef and the chicken. Both were delicious. Would definitely recommend to my friends and will be going back again to try the other options on the menu.

Food and cocktails were excellent and for a very reasonable price. Service was a little slow but friendly. Outside seating was a bit uncomfortable. A frisky crow was hanging around and was diving tables for food. Would I go back? Sure would
