Staff here tried to override decisions and diagnoses after a few sessions before they even knew me, of private practitioners I'd been seeing for years (Who were infinitely more qualified than these people) and for some reason would make rude comments about my appearance and deny bits of my history. Avoid them at all costs and do not go here; they don't listen, and seem controlling, unprofessional and rude.

i've stayed there several times and the service was terrible. Except for a few great nurses. I left there feeling worse than when i went in.

Both my kids have regular sessions here. The staff are friendly and flexible. They have gone above and beyond expectations working closely with their needs and giving my children options to suit them that we would never have known existed. I'm very thankful my children were accepted into the programme as over the years we had exhausted every other option with few results.
