Very
disappointing
service!
The
owner
was
very
aggressive
upon
delivery
of
balloons
stating
that
he
did
me
a
favour
delivering
them
on
a
Sunday.
I
never
asked
for
them
to
be
delivered.
One
of
the
staff
members
offered
this
as
an
option
plus
i
paid
an
extra
fee
for
delivery.
He
arrived
over
an
hour
late.
I
had
actually
phoned
lombards
to
discuss
options
as
i
thought
he
had
forgotton
about
our
order.
It
was
my
sons
2nd
birthday
and
he
absolutely
loves
balloons.
When
he
arrived
i
asked
him
why
he
didnt
phone
to
let
me
know
he
was
running
late
and
explained
that
i
was
concerned
there
may
have
been
a
mix
up
with
the
order.
He
said
he
was
busy
with
other
orders,
despite
previously
stating
that
he
did
me
a
favour
delivering
on
a
Sunday.
He
was
very
aggressive
using
his
hands
and
raising
his
voice.
Absolutely
no
apology
was
offered.
Lucky
my
husband
was
with
me
as
he
was
very
intimidating.
He
then
preceeded
to
very
rushly
place
the
balloons
in
the
house.
My
husband
spent
a
while
untangling
them
because
they
were
a
mess.
Very
disappointing
especially
considering
that
he
is
the
owner
of
this
service.
I
definately
recommend
going
elsewhere
and
will
not
return.
