Update: see photo, as I’m curious as to how pool chemicals should be stored and transported while in the back of a ute?? 1 star lost: I went to pick up the kids from school and of course I missed the pool maintenance man who I had waited at home since 8am. The company now won’t come out to our property unless they charge us an extra “call out fee”. Being a stay at home Mum means I can be at home all day, but obviously life means there are times when I need to leave the house - picking up kids is the most important. Suggestion: provide an “estimated” time for a service (like most other companies) or even a “window” so people can ensure they are home as required but also carry out essential daily tasks. 1 star lost: leaving our property in a mess after each service. Sand everywhere. Filling our recycle bin with non-recyclable items. Leaving pool gates open while servicing the pool, leaving pool gate open once you’ve left our property, leaving full bags of pool supplies at our property. Suggestion: leave the property you are attending the same way you found it. 1 star lost: sending out maintenance staff with faulty replacement parts & then having to wait an extra 2 weeks (when we’ve already waited weeks for the part) for the second part. Suggestion: check all parts before they leave the shop. 1 star lost: rude customer service. Every person you speak to should be considered a “customer” whether they are spending $5 or $5000. Suggestion: Aim to keep every customer happy so they come back and continue to spend more money. Business rule No 1.

The staff at Cheltenham Swimart are great, I’ve been using them for the last 10 years. The in store staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff the owner is a great guy to deal with, as well as the team he employs. Had the service technician out recently to replace our chlorinator to a new one, he was very efficient, redone the plumbing, no leaks and a new working cell. Crystal clear pool. Just wish the team there could do something about our Melbourne weather? Thanks guys.

We recently bought a house with a pool and needed some advice, and chemicals. The team at Swimart were incredibly helpful, took us through the water sample results and gave us everything we needed to get our pool ready, with clear instructions. Our pool is now sparkling and ready for swimming!

My favourite place to go for a pool test and to make sure my spa is looking good! The staff are so lovely and are very receptive to my needs, especially when there are issues with the spa.

Great little place, staff were friendly and helpful. Felt the young man that we started with was bulldozed by an older member of staff as soon as they knew there was a sale. Parking can be an issue.

Very helpful and we came on closing they were more then happy to help.

I’ve been using Swimart Cheltenham for the last 8 years. The service is always so friendly and thorough and I have always been treated with utmost respect. The guys always insist on carrying chemicals to my car for me and loading them into my boot. Always have a solution when my water needs attention. Would highly recommend.
