Beaumont Tiles staff at the Seaford store are the most helpful and thorough people in the biz! I was recommended to use them from Ken's Tiling in Frankston and I was not disappointed. They went over and above my various requests, extra orders, creative ideas and research. They really listen to your ideas and make suggestions accordingly. Really great and clear customer service!

Would be very wary dealing with Beaumont Tiles Frankston. Doing a bathroom renovation, a vanity with top & heated towel rail were purchased. Upon opening the box it was found that the vanity top was marked & also had what looked like bubble wrap markings visible. Their method to fix was to supply a kit with instructions on how to polish the vanity top. When that option was discarded, a replacement was ordered. This is all done via email (which is not closely monitored by us), & to that end that is what is called communicating with the client. At no time was a refund mentioned or even given as an option. Originally the time frame for the replacement top was about 5 days, now we have been informed its going to be the end of the month. Everything in the bathroom renovation is ready for the final fit off. That all has been delayed due to the vanity top stuff up. The heated towel rail has a rattle in it like there are loose particles of some sort inside. Contacting Beaumont Tiles again to ask if the fragments inside could be an issue due to it being hard wired in, got us a non response as per usual. Would not use them again. After sales service is nonexistent.

Not bad nice staff though limited range

Disgraceful customer service. Bought an LED mirror from them (after also buying a heap of tiles) and needed to return it due to not having power provisions in the wall. Wanted to charge 25% return/restocking fee based on what Remer would charge them as it's also a 'custom item'. Called Remer and they charge 20% restocking fee of the COST price to the supplier. Also confirmed it isn't a custom item, they are off the shelf, not even manufactured here. Beaumont's customer service is horrific, avoid

Poor customer service, we went in to purchase tiles for two bathrooms and a laundry and were completely ignored by 3 staff. Talking with each other for the 20 minutes we were there. I am now on my way to National Tiles to spend my money where it’s appreciated.

I was in your store today with 2 other customers, at no point did one of your sales staff come over and ask if I needed help, I stood in the showroom for 25 mins and not one person looked at me. We are redoing 3 bathrooms in our house and it is safe to say we will be going elsewhere to buy the tiles.

Kat is so helpful and understanding. Being in Stage 4 Restrictions, the Store is closed to the public but Kat understood my needs and gave me some valuable advice. Sourced the tiles by trying every state and eventually located a shipment due into SA soon and straight away locked in an order. Later today talked to Dan who treated my request quickly and efficiently. Im so impressed with the service 👍🏼
