One of the best decisions of our lives was to buy into this apartment building at R.Iconic - South Melbourne. We have sensational uninterrupted views across the bay areas, and world class amenities in this building, theatre room, pool, music room, gym sauna and steam room. A short walk to the South Melbourne Market, or alternatively the opposite direction to the beaches. Close to public transport and a short journey to Port Melbourne with plenty of shops, and restaurants for the foodies. Buying a place was totally seamless with Michael and Cheryl making the process easy, and transparent all the way through.

Ben and the rest of the R.Corporation team were fantastic to deal with and made the buying process easy and stress free. Now that we’ve settled in we are loving the building and the environment that has been created. Underpinning that is the strong management team that keeps R.Iconic humming along. We are very happy with our decision to make the move.

We are so happy we made the decision to move to the R.Iconic building! With the city in one direction and beautiful nature trails leading to the beach in the other direction, you can’t go wrong. And Ben made the buying experience seamless!

I moved to my apartment almost a year ago. For me having been living in a semi rural environment and needing to use a car to get anywhere, it's been a wonderful experience having all the amenities close at hand and within walking distance. This has meant I don't need a car any longer. Fantastic!

We love living here. So many friendly faces and interactions when moving around the building. The facilities are awesome and I particularly love a swim in the pool at sundown. So easy to get around with the 109 tram on our doorstep and a 10 minute walk to the south Melbourne market. And then there’s the view - so beautiful. The Coles downstairs is the cherry on top. It’s a wonderful place to live.

Ben and the team are very patient in answering my questions. It was a seamless buying experience! Love the location of the building. Short walking distance to the CBD, Port Melbourne beach and South Melbourne. Plenty of restaurants and shops on Bay Street. Tram and bus stop is just right across the building providing easy access to the CBD and Port Melbourne. Fantastic view from the unit is a big plus!

Ben from R.iconic was AMAZING help, as someone who is only 19 years old and looking for my first property a lot of people didn’t take me very seriously for my age when they met me in person. However Ben treated me with the upmost respect the entire time. Not only did he treat me like an actual client but he also was able to have a laugh while sorting out business. Not only was Ben amazing at helping me look for a property but he also responded to any questions I had usually within the hour, no matter what day it was he was instantly ontop of it. If I asked him a question and he didn’t know, he would tell me straight to my face and said he would find out, which he always would. I find this to be great as he could have just said something else and acted like it was right instead of following up for me. I can not express my gratitude for Ben enough. Seriously though, Ben was a great help. Thank you so much!

Living in this building is like being on vacation all the time. Today's activity confirmed this feeling for me. Thank you for thinking all the time about improving our quality of life
