I elicit their help in getting my property ready for renta last year Learn from my mistake , dont trust what they said , compare quotes , and ask for detailed quote. example : cleaning was quoted $2000 , we got another price from more proffesional real estate agency for $750 ( market rate) . If they treated a potential clients like this, how would they treat the renters? We dodge a bullet ,but it cost us $$$.

Running a real estate business and your company do not even have a reliable, trust worthy tradie ? Is there a “war zone” at where my property located?How about the people live there, are they all in danger now? According to your email “ the tradie that was engaged to attend to this items has disappeared and we have not been able to reach him, hence we had been in the process of finding a new tradie to no avail as everyone is trying to not attend the area due to the crime wave” Isn’t that your jobs is collecting all the keys back from all tenants when they moved out? 1 set of keys for 5 people doesn’t make sense to me, not including the keys that they had sublets my property out for many people without our consent? ( I have photos evidence for that) The bond held under previous rental agreement supposed $2303 instead of $1400. The previous renters did not sign the contract for $1400 bond with us. It took 6 months for your company to collect the remaining rent from the previous renters and probably never able to collect it without a photo evidence that I sent to Kerry about the subletting. It took 9 months for you guys to sent a handy to fix a couple holes in the walls ( not sure if you really did) and now transfer the jobs to my current managing agents. We had never trust and fully confident about the Avenue rentals team the whole time managing our property.
