store was dirty, no plates, no cutlery. They gave us two sets of cutlery and 1 fork looked like it had not been washed, food still stuck on the fork. food came out and the chicken was cold, corn was icey cold. the only thing they got right was the chips which is not hard to cook. I asked the corn to be reheated and when they brought it out it was still cold. not only that but me and my partner both got sick the next day. do not go there!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I been to the Nando's Sunbury this afternoon between 2 pm to 3 pm. The guy served us at reception was rude while we are ordering there is no rush behind us but still he ask us to move aside and order later. We have very long history in Nando's. We eat this most of the places in different states. But this is the worst we got today. Very disappointed. We drive about 80 kilometres for having this worst lunch. Not recommended and will never going there again.

This has to be the most consistently disappointing restaurant in Sunbury. We order every week, actually we call it Nandos Thursdays lol. But every time there is an issue with either part or all of our order being cold or sometimes the pitas are just sloppy and split open. Multiple times it has just been sitting on the pass waiting for someone to give it to us. Tonight only half of it was ready so our pitas sat there for 25 minutes on the pass just waiting for chips. We pick up our orders to avoid cold deliveries. We're generally not bothered by much, even when they gave us (2 vegans) real chicken, we were understanding that mistakes happen. But it is getting pretty frustrating at this point.

Still great chicken, prices have gone up a little which makes this a treat rather than a go to meal, you really can't walk out of there for less than $25 for one person

Excellent customer service, and food quality. Consistency is always there at Nando's Sunbury. Owners are very friendly, looking after the locals for a long time. Keep at it! The restaurant is clean too.

This is the best Nandos I’ve ever been to. The food is amazing. The chicken is moist and tasty, never dry. The salad bowls are tasty with a variety of veggies. The Paella is extremely tasty. Staff are very friendly. This place is always busy for a reason. I would recommend this place to anybody.

The guy that took my order rushed to get my order in, which was OK I just assumed it had been a busy day of taking orders for him, but was lovely once the order was ready. Food took around 25 minutes. And didn't taste rushed or overcooked and was put together well - unlike some nights. Sunday 16 Oct 2022

The nando food is my love. I love to have this love again and again.

Food was great, service was kind of strange - with two of us dining we asked for table water and were brought one glass, we had to ask for the drink that we'd ordered 5 minutes into eating and then they began to mop around our table as we ate (over two hours before closing time) which we both found quite awkward! Nevertheless the food was very nice and we were greeted warmly when entering, not the best layout for a restaurant and tiny awkward bathroom but the staff can't help that. If you've gotta get your nandos fix this will do the job!

So. Let me get this straight. My partner waited 30 mins for our order. With 20mins spent waiting on chips and the food getting cold on a bench. Once complained. Then tries to claim "it's the lettuce I just put it up there" no you didn't you dog. We watched you put it up in the first 10 mins for it to go cold for an extra 20 mins, then once we show you. You then think it was intelligent to snatch the bag from my partners hand. Absolutely disgusting! You should NEVER lay any hands on the customer or matter of fact SNATCH THINGS OUT OF PEOPLES HANDS!!! Do your wait times probably or DON'T BOTHER WORKING!!

My go to place for Nando's since the Nando's here in Bendigo shut down, always get great customer service and the food always comes out hot.

I have been there just as a food delievery person so no idea about Taste. But The staff is really good always helpful and very well dressed i.e I love them bandanas etc keep it up guys

All I ordered was a regular chips and it took them 25 minutes to get them to me. That was after we had to remind them that I still hadn’t received them. The people I was with got both their entire meals (which they ordered after me). The staff had issues getting their orders out correctly too. There’s a few people in the restaurant but we were the only ones waiting on food. The attitude of the staff wasn’t great. They didn’t show any regard for us. They didn’t offer to take our order when we arrived and told us to find a table and use the QR code instead. I’d understand if they were busy but they weren’t. Just to top it off, the chips weren’t any good. They tasted like they’d been sitting there for a while and redunked in the fryer to make them seem fresh.

I was told the paella was gluten free the previous times I have ordered only until tonight, to be told its not! Be careful if you have allergies

This Nando's is one of the best restaurants I've visited in Sunbury. Awesome food, lively music, and above all a very cheerful staff!!! Kudos to Team Nando's, Sunbury! I simply love the view from the dine-in area.

We were in not long after opening. It was very disappointing to see pretty much every table was dirty, we had to clean the table we wanted to sit at. Then I went to get an extra sode plate, low and behold it was dirty, so I went to get another one, I worked my way through the pile and they were all dirty, so again I had to clean it myself. The food itself was great, but the very dirty state of the restaurant was the biggest let down of all. Here's hoping it was a one off, it's usually pretty good there

Although I never have issues with the food, 9 times out of 10 the food is never ready on time. I always order with 45min to 1 hour notice of when I’d like to pick it up. Usually it is ready 20-40min after. They need to really fix how they run the kitchen.

Thank you to the kind staff of Nandos, who offered to make me some more hot food, when I eventually went back to collect my order an hour later. I will say even though it was cold it was delicious

Ordered peri peri burger and fries. Fries were very dry and the burger was really poor. Bun was as hard as a cats head and the chicken was tasteless. Peri peri sauce was added right in the dying seconds of cooking so really didn't have a great flavour, or any flavour. Nando's appear to have reduced the size of their burgers quite considerably as well. 10 years ago they were...big. They now look like an emaciated Whopper Junior. All this for $17!!!! Lucky me.

Worst nandos going around, do not reccomend, no chicken on the burgers this time, and last time was the tiniest piece for such a big price. Let down time and time again. Won't be going here any more.

Went in to order take away, placed order and was told 15 mins. I was ok to wait. People before and then after me, got their food and left. I waited a few more, 5hej went up to ask about it and they had to get someone to make my food asap. Kinda feels like It was missed or forgotten. Not great. Food was good, maybe just a busy night but kinda poor performance.

Taste really good but when you pay for extras and don’t get them I asked for extra cheese and extra bacon did not get it

Hit or miss. The place is often under-staffed and not cleaned properly/in a timely fashion. Love Nandos, but this one is poorly run.

I haven't been to this store in nearly 2 years because of the bad service and food i had last time. Came in tonight and nothing has changed. Ordered our food. Asked if i needed a number. They replied with no sit where you like. Continued to wait over half an hour whilst everyone else that ordered after us get their food. Was then approached by rude and uninterested staff with no idea on what our order was. Then when we finally recieved our food after all this. It was still incorrect, cold and chips were very old and not hot. Worst nandos store i have ever been too and horrible staff. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience with Nando’s I ordered first time veg wrap but they packed meet wrap and when we eat then we resized that that’s not veg, and when we ask then what is this and staff saying that it is vegetarian not meet, I had so bad experience with the food.

Worst customer service! Ordered online and gave us wrong order.. they won’t refund and store owner was very rude using curse language. Said he didn’t care if we write a review. Has no respect at all!

My meal was late 6 people after me came paid got their meal. I was disappointed as I didn't even get any sauce. Just the chicken and chips. They apologised which was good which is why service is 2 stars not 1.

I really like this restaurant. I generally eat here for lunch on my own during the week or order take out as a dinner option for the family when I don’t feel like cooking. We’ve ordered many different items from the menu and the Ingredients are extremely fresh and food is always cooked perfectly. Management and staff are very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant has just had a complete makeover in July 2019 and is AMAZING!

slow service and the breast in my classic pita was burnt. I don't even know how but they also managed to mess up my chips, I specifically asked for no peri salt. Only good thing is that the staff are friendly.

The young waitress was very blunt and rude just chucking the plates down. Food was very very disappointing.

The lettuce was old and the bread was almost stale. Asked for lemon and herb and got spicey. It isn’t cheap so I do expect good food. The last 4 times we’ve have come to this nandos we have been disappointed and I am sorry to say that I can’t recommend it to anyone anymore.

I came into the store and there were 4/5 workers, not even a single greeting or anything when I came in. I had to wait in the counter for minutes even though the workers looked at me as I wait for anyone to take my order. When I got my order, the lady just chucked the bag on the counter and said no other words. I even said “Thank you” after everything and not even a single look was given. A simple smile or words would have been nice.
