A massive thank you to the owner who went above and beyond making our event a huge success My daughters 21st went off without a hitch. Sarah made everything fall into place for us before and during the event Stress free and great atmosphere. Best venue for any function and we will certainly be returning as patrons for Karaoke and other events The Barn Live has that’s open to the public Our private event was perfectly priced, bar was well stocked and fair $, security was awesome and staff on the night super helpful and amazing

What a gem this place is. Who would have thought venues like this can be found in industrial parks. We came here to watch a friend play in the band, lockdown bandits... What a great night. The barn is located in Bayswater off a main road and tucked away within an industrial estate. On the outside it looks just like a commercial building masking what's inside. The venue is quite large. There's a decent stage, large dance floor, lots of tables, bar, kitchen and even a pool table. We came on a Friday night and the place got to around 80% full. Drinks are very reasonably priced and there is a nice selection of hot food including Pizzas, toasties, chips, dimmies and such. Staff were lovely... Would definitely recommend and would be happy to come back.

What a rip-snorter of a place. For the most part, it's a no-cost entry and yet you are graced with quality live music! I've yet to try the food, but what I have seen looks good, is extremely competitively priced, and I will give it a go next time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in early rock and Aussie music. Great staff, real family atmosphere.

Not a huge range of food but tasty enough to fill that empty spot. Pizzas were awesome.

I went there to see my friends gigs, the place was great and the drinks are also very reasonable.

What's not to like. No cover charge, live music, big dancefloor, reasonably priced drinks. If I'm being picky the food options are pretty basic.

What an amazing place to attend live music gigs. Tucked away in an industrial part of Bayswater Vic, it's a little difficult to find, but once you do, you're greeted like family! There's an A-Frame on the main road, so look for that. The stage is a little small but suits the venues needs, staff are friendly and helpful and prices are reasonably. There's food available like pizza, nachos, chips and dim sims. The only downside us it can get a little cold so get your dancing shoes on and keep warm! Highly recommended 👌 👍

Great live band venue that doesn't break the bank. Great sound, v.good pizza, drinks not pricey. Highly recommend.

This afternoon was so fantastic with great friendly staff, food and bar and of course the fantastic Alfi Rocker Band who always delivers fantastic music for fun and dancing.

Mel and the team looked after us so well. The atmosphere wad chilled yet provided everything we need including a reasonable bar expense, a kitchen, DJ booth and phone port for music. Couldn’t fault it really. Mel made sure my husband’s yellow and black party was fully decked out and to theme. Thank you!

Wonderful staff and comfortable venue with a very warm ambience. Loved playing here with my band terrific sound and fantastic stage with heaps of room for the crowd to dance. Looking forward to our next show at the Barn.

Went there and checked out the venue booked the date for my birthday. Was told it was mine for the night then got cancelled on me as it was double booked. Would think twice before booking here as now I’m left without a venue for my 21st.

this place is really good and the atmosphere is great the staff are good too . the music is the best as you can hear it and sing along with most bands ,
