Recently moved into the area. Went in last night to have a bite to eat and a few drinks with my partner and some friends, spent well into the night chatting with the patrons and bar keep. Couldn't have asked for a better pub, great atmosphere and welcoming vibe. Easy to say, I've definitely found my new local and couldn't be happier supporting a brilliant local business. Will be seeing you shortly!

Nice food, the beef & guiness pie was a little runny and a little too sweet for my liking, but great flavour & beautifully creamy mash. Hubby had pork spare ribs that fell off the bone, and had good flavour. Our friends had the chicken burger & veggie lasagne, both got the thumbs up. Paddys lost a star because they stuffed up our order, our friends got their food way before we got ours, & had nearly finished by the time we were fed!

Lovely meal except mixed vegetables were from a frozen packet. Seeing I was paying top dollar I expected better.

Good place for an on tap beer and beer and Guinness pie. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.

Went there tonight with a few friends for a Parma and few drinks and have to say was one went the best parma's we have all had in a while, great little place, great service, and really friendly people who run it. Definitely worth checking out.

A cute little tavern run by a lovely couple who were very accommodating and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious!

Went for the first time for dinner last night. Meals were delicious. Good size servings, lovely fresh salad, chips were cooked to perfection, the tastiest mash & the parmas were top notch. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, nice cold beers. Will definitely be coming back here. Best place in town! Cheers 🍻

We'll definitely be back! Had a lovely, perfectly poured Kilkenny ale on this blistering hot day and a friendly chat with the bartender. With live music and karaoke, it looks like a place we'll have to visit in the evenings too. Great spot to stop in for a cool brew.

Absolutely loved the meal we had here. Parmas are perfectly cooked and presented really well. Chips were awesome. Excellent venue, great vibe once live.music starts. I have been meaning to go here for years and so glad we finally did. Highly recommend 👍.

Such a brilliant little pub! The people who run is are clearly loved by the regulars, with banter and jokes flowing most of the night. Good selection of premixed drinks, and the standard assortment of straight liquors. We had the pleasure of live music the night we went, and it was safe to say they picked the right band and music selection for the pub, people were up dancing and singing along. It was a really joy filled night, no issues with fights or sleazebags. Thanks to COVID there is a great outdoor area out the front, undercover. Plenty of room for the smokers to stand around talking, without blowing smoke over us non-smokers. The toilets are through the main floor, and down a couple of steps, so this might be an issue for people with different mobility. Otherwise, a great chill night out and a choice little local Irish pub.

A great little find!! Still family run and owned which gives those traditional values and effort you cannot find any more. Was expecting average food, but it was anything but...absolutely delicious...even the chips were outstanding and deserve a mention! Went on their Wed open mic night...so much fun and entertainment! Were celebrating a 50th Bday and the owners went above and beyond to make the evening special. Thankyou Paddy's!

Nothing better than a delicious home cooked meal by the open fire. Friendly owners and a fantastic welcoming atmosphere. Best pub in the area.

Paddy's is a small old school pub. There's no fancy architecture or overpriced drinks or annoying hipsters. For that alone it gets 4 stars. There's often live music, but the acoustics aren't great. It can be hard to have a conversation when the band starts playing. Patrons are mostly older.

Great food, the best bar service ever, fantastic bands, and really good prices. What more could you ask for.

Absolutely love a trip down to Paddy's Tavern. You can tell this place is somewhere that is loved by locals and by the owner alike - a warm and friendly welcome every time and the food has true home-cooked flavours and textures reminiscent of good old school "pub grub" making it clear that the cook loves her trade. You can't go wrong with a trip to Paddy's!

Quaint little venue in a positive way. Extensive menu with great options for the whole family, extremely generous portions and tasty food. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly, respectful patrons. Worth a visit or two, that's for sure.

Great little pub, discovered it while I was in the area. Food came out got and there was plenty to eat. The meals were large enough to feed 2 people. Atmosphere was really nice. It was like a country pub in the suburbs. Definitely be back.
