I came here with my dad for Father's Day. We ordered a lasagne, meatball pasta and chocolate cake. Everything was so delicious, however if I had to pick a favourite, it'd be the meatball pasta. The beef meatballs were sooo tasty! Yummilicious! My dad particularly enjoyed this meal because it was free for him (I paid).

It's what you would expect for the area. Food was nice, MASSIVE portions. One salad would feed two for sure! Overall, staff were friendly, meals were nice (pub style) clean and reasonably priced for portion sizes. I would recommend sharing any dish you order.

Always enjoy returning to Crave. Friendly staff and great service. Clean environment, large restaurant but isn't noisy when busy. Dietary requirements were catered to without any issues (which is always a plus for us). Gluten Free pizza base was one of the best we have had and the vegan cheese was generous and tasty too. Gluten free pasta also available. Good range of desserts and cocktails. The strawberry daiquiri I had was delicious. Food was delivered promptly. The calamari was our favourite dish.

Amazing food and an extensive delicious dessert menu! Highly recommend if you enjoy dim lighting, quiet atmosphere when not busy medium noisy when it gets busy and all around delicious food. The young waitress’s were so helpful and the food portions were great. I’ve been going here for a few years now and have loved it every time , worth the money.

Meals were delicious, very reasonable prices, large menu and catered for dietary requirements. Easy parking at Boronia. Will definitely be back.

My name is Patrick,l used to own Crave a long time ago. The family that runs it now are committed, have passion for their food and for their customers as much as I did. I now go there regularly as a customer and the food and service is 100% , they have the same Italian flair that I had. Well done ,keep up the good work ,after 21 years in the same spot the restaurant is better than ever!

We came and had a beautiful dinner. The food we had and service was all of a high standard, and appreciated the chef who met my wife’s dietary requirements as she is pregnant. Once again thanks for an amazing dinner and service to match.

Have been here a few times now and thought to share my view. A local restaurant with great service, food, and overall experience! My favourite dish is the mixed grill, a great sharing platter. My wife loves the risotto. The bar extensive. Prices very reasonable.

Service was prompt, staff were polite and helpful. The food in general was a let down and unfortunately we wouldn't come back. DONT order steak..... The Parma has gotten a lot smaller but is still an okay size. The sauce was very plain and was nothing special. The cheese on the Parma was really nice though. The carbonara pasta again was average and nothing really stood out. The chicken alfunghi was smothered in sauce, way too much. Flavour was okay. The 500 gram rib eye was probably the biggest let down by far. No flavour what so ever. It was cooked as requested and was juicy but no flavour. Definitely wasn't grilled We also ordered an open souvlaki and it's was so flavourless it wasn't even funny. Again staff were great but wouldn't come back.

Crave cafe has a wonderful, friendly atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to look after our group. The cafe staff are extremely considerate and respectful of elderly and disabled customers. Will definitely visit again.

Very comfortable restaurant for relaxing with friends with a glass of wine and some cakes. Their cakes are huge and tasty and coffee and wine are very good, too. They are open when everything around is closed and their seating is very homey and spacious. We enjoy their hospitality every time we go to the movies next door. The service is very friendly as well. The prices are similar to other restaurants (we paid $37 for 2 cakes, coffee and wine, might be a bit high).

Crave always impresses everytime we go there. The food is always brilliant, the service is wonderful and the atmosphere great. Too many wonderful items to recommend so feel free to order anything off their menu. And at the end of your dining experience you'll be pleasantly pleased with the total of your bill.

Went here for a work lunch, orders were chicken Parma, pizza, pasta, and chicken special. All were very good. Fast service, even though the place looked pretty busy.

Hired the function room, great price, great food, huge portion sizes. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is having a function.

Quick update, yep here again, with cheapo theatre next door. Just enjoy. Great place, aiming at casual dining and it hits the mark perfectly. I take Mum here and get a nice coffee and a respectable wine for me. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and size of the menu, with something for everybody. I gave a five, but please don't expect fine dining. It is a excellent place where the standard does not change day to day

Have been a couple of times now and each time have really enjoyed. There is a big menu from breakfast, pizza, pasta, salads and meals such as salmon, chicken parmigiana and steak. There really is something for everyone. Service was good and staff were friendly and accommodating. We added a chair to our table and also requested a doggy bag and the staff were happy to help.

I Loved the Saganaki and the mini sliders. Then the pizza was just fantastic. We topped this off with coffee and the best lemon curd cake I've had in a really long time. 5/5 for me.

Disappointing experience,went to Carve Boronia tonight having been there before and we had an excellent meal but not tonight. Ordered chicken schnitzel it was dry tasteless and over cooked the pepper sauce tasted like it had come from some packet from a budget grocery store. My partner ordered chicken princess when she removed the contents of her bowl onto her main plate there was a food soaked serviette in the bowl,the waitress told us there was a serviette under the bowl and we must have poured the contents over it,this was not the case as I witnessed the soaked serviette coming from the inside of the bowl.We paid full price for this disappointing experience,I dont know if its the B team working the kitchen on Tuesdays but there food was far from acceptable standard.I certainly wont be rushing back.

Had an amazing steak here, was everything you hope for in a meal. One of the best id say but was let down with how slow and poor the service was considering how quiet the restaurant was, I'd understand if they were packed but there was lucky to have 15 people in this massive restaurant. Just shows how important service is!

I just celebrated my 50th Birthday on the weekend. In the function room It was amazing Vivian and Tomiah were very professional and accommodating. They both listened to what I wanted I had many different dietary requirements which weren't a problem for them to cater for. I highly recommend this restaurant for any functions. Thanks again

Excellent customer service and food. Mixed grill and BBQ ribs were great. Worth coming down from dandenong ranges if you're around for a tour and need a stress free dining experience.

Foods are delicious, good portions. We use this place for a few birthday 🎂 functions. Nice staff and the manager very helpful. Some casual staff a bit rude but only a fews time to see them so we can ignore that..

This food came out faster than one legged turtle on a motorbike, could not believe it, the ribs were falling off the bone and the Calla Marie was so tender it melts in your face and the sauce was delicious and even the salad was good with delightful fetta, the service was friendly and attentive but the toilets were gross as I do not wish to experience that again.

Popped in for coffee and cake after seeing a movie. Good coffee and a generous piece of lovely, tangy lemon meringue pie. Perfect end to the afternooon

Don’t order online. I ordered through DoorDash. I waited half an hour and my dasher had arrived at the store for them to then cancel. Was a good customer but would not order from them again now. Not worth it.

A great place to hang out. Food portion is good. Taste of the food we have tried so far has been good. Staff are very helpful and provide a good customer service. It is now our usual spot for catch up.

Was disappointed tonight on ordering our meals that a $51 dollar steak is only served with chips or salad (one or the other) and paying extra for mushroom sauce. We also payed extra for ham on a Parma. Nothing like it use to be.

Usually amazing food, great serving sizes & prices. However I think a new chef/cook has been hired as the food lately is dismal. Anything that is cooked with wine will taste of it, to the point where you may as well just drink the bottle because it hasn’t been cooked off at all. Chips are almost burnt on outside but raw in the middle. Ingredients missing from burgers. & if you’re lucky you’ll be given half a serving of wedges instead of chips. Really disappointed with our last 3-4 orders now. (Regular customers, ordering typically 2 times a week, don’t think we will be anymore)

Come here for each of my family members’ birthdays every year. Good ambience and even greater food. Everything is incredibly tasty and the presentation of the meals are suburb. I’m yet to find a better caesar salad than the one at Crave!

The change in atmosphere and passion for service and quality is noticeable on arrival. Friendly attentive staff, definitely best place for family and perfect for birthdays and events. Great desserts and coffee too 💯

I ordered pizza from Crave for a work function on 12 Dec 22. Could not be happier. The pizzas were delivered hot and on time to my event. All of the dietary needs were catered for. One of the attendees said that it was the best gluten free + dairy free (vegan) pizza she had tried. 3 other members agreed! Very happy with the service and quality of these pizzas and 100% would order again. Thank you! :-)

By fare the best place to eat in Boronia. Outstanding food. Huge menu with variety not just Italian cuisine. I had the best avo Parma I’ve ever had and the waiter was so obliging to swap out chips to sweet potato wedges, went above and beyond to make the whole in-house eating experience special. Great job CRAVE.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner in a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive. For entree, we shared a GF pizza which we all enjoyed. I also ordered the calamari dish which was sensational, really yummy, went really well with the Prosecco on offer! For main meal had a delicious chicken parmigiana with a Chianti red. Will definitely be back! 😊

Although I do love their calamari & lamb cutlets dishes. I decided to Enjoy a delicious lunch ordering items from the weekly specials menu. We had sensational fish tacos & swordfish with mashed potatoes & salad matched with an excellent Pino Grigio. Service is always super friendly and the staff have a way of making you feel special. Looking forward to my next lunch date & checking out what’s on the specials board! Love it that Crave continues to surprise and update the menu.

Meal delivery needs to be timed better. Mains shouldn't come 2 minutes after the starter arrived. My son said his chicken burger was good, but was very disappointed my mushroom pasta had most likely been reheated in the microwave, and the cream sauce had split.
