Lovely Vietnamese restaurant. Lots of options to choose from the menu. Delicious spring rolls, rice paper rolls and soup noodles. Love supporting family owned restaurants. The owners had a great attitude and served us very well. Highly recommend!

Thién Long Vietnamese restaurant was amazing, a delightful experience. Their Pho was absolutely amazing, and the spicy chicken ribs were a standout. Each bite was bursting with flavour, and the friendly staff added to the overall charm. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Service was so poor & outrageous. Short of staff isn't the customers fault or issue. If you cant afford to accommodate your customers you shouldn't overtake customers. Firstly, if a client has been waiting 1 hour for 1 dish to be presented. When asked upon when the dish is about the arrive. " Misunderstanding we didn't place the order without no apology "... When about to leave I confronted the owner regarding my mum was waiting 1 hour for her dish. At least have the manners to apologies instead of making excuses regarding shortage of staff. Furthermore to be screaming to your client say sorrying in front of other customers is one of the lowest things you can do in hospitality walked out totally humiliated & violated.

Love it, went here a few weeks ago with some friends and got to say. We were all happy about the food and the service. The Mongolian beef is a must try

We ordered the pho beef and fried chicken. Pho beef is not the best I have but still not bad. BUT the crispy fried chicken is definitely the most terrible one I ever have. We had to force ourself to eat otherwise the $18 will be wasted. Should have gone for a zinger box at kfc lol😋 Service was great, and they provided free hot tea. I would say when you order just pick the pho that’s it.

Great place for a quick feed, staff are lovely and the food is great. An acoustically noisy venue so if you are looking for quiet conversation this is not the place. However if you want well priced Vietnamese cuisine, you won't be disappointed.

Nice little restaurant for Vietnamese food in Bayswater, especially the pho. I had the slice rare beef pho and and my friend had the vegetarian noodle bowl. The beef in the pho was rare as requested and the soup was tasty. And the staff were friendly too. Overall it was good meal and just the right portion for lunch. Very convenient location near the Bayswater train station and lots of parking at the back. I’d definitely come back to try other dishes.

Enjoyed and will return. The prawn filled mushrooms were pretty special. Staff were very nice. Very busy, best to ring ahead and book on a Saturday evening.

I used to love their FRIED RICE SALTED FISH Rice with PRAWN, but recent orders, it didn't taste as before. Lack of salted fish and also dry fried rice.

We have become regulars here. Food is so tasty, comes out quickly, service is great, good serving size, and affordable. Basically everything I love about local Vietnamese restaurants. Standout dishes are the crispy chicken and fish fried rice (the 'crispy' comes from the puffed crispy rice they mix in...delicious), fried beef egg noodle, lemon chicken, pho... actually every dish I have tried has been spot on. These guys are doing a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

We visited for an early dinner, ordered chicken pho, broken rice with pork chop, and 3 colour drinks. What a great experience with quick, amiable table service, big pho serves, and a wonderful house tea that's a cut above most others in the area. Chefs also seemed happy singing and whistling at the back, which really made us appreciate the food more. No wonder everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Great pho, great vibe and service. Come here pretty regularly with my kids after we go to the library, great that has the back entrance which makes it easy to get to from the shopping centre behind it. Never been disappointed with food here.

Best Food Eva, but Tien Long is so much more. It's a community of caring people who will always put a smile on your face at the end of the day. I've never know a restaurant who feel like we as patrons are part of the family. Thanks Tao (spelling?) and all the lively crew at Tien Long.

Food was fine. Service was the worst service we have ever experienced. We arrived just before 6pm. We wanted Dim Sims for an entree but were told there were none. We ordered our mains which came very promptly and they were tasty. Then we asked for dessert but we were told the kitchen wasn’t doing desserts. Then we asked for coffee but we were told that wasn’t available either as they needed the table. We were told we had been there for an hour and a half (sorry, but it was actually closer to an hour and five minutes). Clearly they wanted us out! The absolutely worst service I’ve ever encountered. Do not go there if you value polite staff and a relaxing meal.

Always great food and good service, very authentic and good Bun Bo Hue, Pho and Bun cold noodles 🤤🤤

The service was good, however the beef pho was below expectations, the sliced beef didn’t taste fresh and overly well done. Perhaps the other meals were better

A nice small restaurant great for dinner or lunch! The female host was super friendly and polite! I ordered a soft noodle combination dish and the noodles and sauce were fantastic! A smokey and sweet flavour. The chicken and beef was well cooked and tender. The only downside on my dish was the calamari. Clearly not fresh and I couldn't eat it. It was so rubbery so avoid dishes with calamari. We were served with a 1L hot tea which serves approx 8 cups and it was beautiful! I will be again for lunch

Only had the pho and it was OK. The other dishes looked good so maybe they are better. Based purely on the pho, there are better options nearby. Service is good and food comes out quick though.

This family run business provides an extremely welcoming and personal experience for every customer. Extremely authentic Vietnamese food at a reasonable price. Could not ask for a better local restaurant.

Came down to this place because the other one was closed, pleasantly surprised. Service was great, food was great. I plan on coming back again soon with friends!!

I used to Love this place but the last time I went it was awful, the booths had been removed to make room for more tables and when I asked for extra snow peas and the woman yelled out $5 extra, okay !! When our food came out it was very average so we won’t be going back for a while as greed has become quite noticeable all of a sudden. What a Shame.

Beautiful flavours. Variety of options. Takeaway was ready within the time they specified. Looking forward to making this a regular dining choice.

Theres in nothing about this place worth nitpicking. Customer service is amazing, food is the best around, sure the place is basic but I couldnt even care at that point. If i could vote for #1 restaurant in vic this place would be it without a doubt.

Been coming here every week for two years. The food is great, although they don’t give you very much beef in the pho (I have to order extra). After the customer service and phone service I received tonight, I’m not coming back. My little Saigon across the street is much better value for money and customer service so much more professional.
