Having
been
regulars
for
many
years
at
Siam
Terrace,
it
was
disappointing
to
hear
that
the
establishment
is
under
new
owners.
Nevertheless,
wanted
to
continue
to
support
local
businesses
in
Boronia.
Here
is
my
honest
and
constructive
feedback:
●
Decor-
A
fresh
vibe
has
been
injected
into
the
place
with
an
attempt
to
provide
a
more
sophisticated
experience.
●
Service-
Friendly
and
attentive.
However,
the
food
took
a
while
to
come
out.
●
Food-
This
was
the
biggest
disappointment.
Despite
hearing
that
they
have
retained
the
original
chefs,
the
food
definitely
did
not
have
the
same
flavour
as
previously.
The
panang
chicken
curry
was
extremely
mild
(even
somewhat
bland),
the
sauce
was
very
thin
and
lacked
the
rich
coconut
flavour.
The
portion
sizes
were
also
less
than
desirable.
With
only
one
size
available
for
steamed
jasmine
rice,
you
would
need
to
order
a
seperate
rice
for
each
person.
●
Value
for
money-
Whilst
the
prices
generally
haven't
changed,
the
portion
sizes
have
and
thus
unfortunately
it
doesn't
have
the
same
appeal
as
it
once
did.
For
example:
$4
for
one
small
piece
of
roti,
whereas
you
use
to
get
two
large
pieces.
Overall,
if
you
are
a
new
customer
and
haven't
been
here
before
then
it
is
worth
trying
and
giving
it
a
go.
However,
if
like
me
you
were
a
loyal
customer
of
the
original
Siam
Terrace
then
unfortunately
I
think
you
will
end
up
being
quite
disappointed.
