Super friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area. Tried their Wagyu Wunder, and it was delectable. Their single portion of sweet potato fries was pretty hefty. Satisfying experience overall. Pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian and vegan options. They have a whole host of plant-based options that they'll make vegan on request. Gluten free and low carb buns are good to have aa options, though will cost you extra. What's amusing is that they even have a bun-free option, if you're really watching your carbs.

I took away their Barbie Dreamburger and it looked super cute! I'm a pink lover, so I was very impressed by the pink buns and mayo. The burger tasted nice too :-) The takeaway box it came in was really pretty as well! The bottom half of the box looked like Barbie's house - it had a pink door and windows printed on it. In the box, there was also a QR code to do a quiz on what kind of Adventure Barbie you are. Apparently I'm Serenity Barbie - not sure if I agree with that :-)

Disgusting. They need to clean the oil. My chips are all dirty and cold. Never seen it this bad before. Disappointed night for sure.

We have been eating here for many years and never disappointed. Fantastic burgers , Great chips and wonderful, friendly staff. And they have Stone and Wood on tap !! What more could you ask for in a burger restaurant!

We don’t know where to start ! We come here in a regular basis and tonight we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary - Alex who took our order was very entertaining & sound - Brodie also there who I think plays a big role there ensured that we were taken care of. As we were enjoying our mighty Melbourne Burgers & Chips, to our biggest surprise ever, the Team had gone out of their way to present us this beautiful bouquet of flowers right in front of everyone ! We were stunned and my beautiful wife was in awe. We have been to many restaurants ans this doesn’t happen ! Alex & Brodie has made our day - WE THANK YOU 😊

Some female staff need to be corrected about shorts being too short. I was quite a regular at Grill'd but over the last few months I've found myself not wanting to go because of how uncomfortable it is with the girls shorts being so short to point of fearing if they crouch. I now seek tables on the furthest corners to avoid it or takeaway or nothing. I support girls wearing what they want but this is a family restaurant, at 7pm, wearing right short shorts and it's not okay! Food is great, kitchen were fast and friendly plus it's not all the girls but come on Grill'd these are young girls repeating every shift.

It’s ok but Not the greatest. I expected more to be honest. The staff were all great & they went above & beyond. The food was not as good as I thought it would be. The burgers were to oily & the chips had a lot of extra herbs on them that they just did not need. presentation was not as good as you would expect from a place that prides themselves on burgers. I may be being a little hard on them. They do serve alcohol which is always a plus. It may have been just a bad day when we were eating there, it’s always worth a try if you want to try something different. One thing I did like to see was that they support the community & kid’s activities.

Let me first mention l do love eating at Grilled, not sure if it’s me but l still can’t master the art of eating a burger without it falling apart. It is definitely the light weight buns that most fast venues use these days. How about an heavy duty bun the “SUV” if it was a car…ha ha Just be aware that the cost of a burger is reaching a price point where you may need to reflect on alternatives. The 2 for 1 deal specials currently running on certain days of the week is an attractive offer and worth considering.

This is by far and away my fave Grill'd. Always try to come through when I'm at ozone. Highly recommend

We went here tonight and downloaded the app which was wigging out. Was approached by Brodie who was so helpful. What a dude. Honestly, he was so helpful and polite. That Brodie was is going places. Thanks buddy you rule. The burgers were great too! 😊

Really love Grill’d’s consistency in making quality burgers. Always comes with crispy buns, juicy meat and fresh veggies! The only thing I would complain is the ordering process in Knox. I don’t know why we couldn’t order via QR code. I’m pretty sure at Chaddy Grill’d you can. At Knox, you have to line up in the queue after you get a table or you can order first then get a table. Either way, it is not that convenient where ordering food via QR code is so common nowadays. Hope they will improve it.

While waiting for our food at the upper level, we watched the staff taking great care to fix up things that weren’t quite right. Our meal was delicious, and it was the best Grilld meal I have ever had. Yes, I was hungry 😂, but I was also extremely satisfied. Thank you to Grilld Knox. 👍👍

Great burgers. All burgers are made to order using the freshest ingredients. Love their buns. Has a great texture when you bite into it. Beef patty is juicy and tender with the perfect amount of sauce. Their chips are also to die for. Extremely cripsy and served piping hot. Cannot fault these guys.

Honestly the Service here is fantastic. Better than any other Grill'd I've been to. Especially Cas, she always does her absolute best to accommodate us even with my peculiar orders and values and requests. She's kept me coming back to this place for years now.

Was setting here today waiting 15 mins for food that was already ready only to be told to come up to the kitchen and grab it 😡 How am I meant to know when a take away order is ready not bloody psychic... felt like the biggest idiot in the shop waiting around for something that was sitting on top of the bench ready to go.. not one of your staff even checked in with me like what are you waiting on? Food had gone cold by the time. Terrible 👎👎👎

We went earlier this evening to order food and were rudely told by staff " we are not taking anymore orders as we are very busy. Staff need to learn how to deliver dialogue to customers. It's not what he said but the tone he delivered it was very rude and unwelcoming. The only thing great here is food. Young people need to learn what Customer service is.when I brought this to the managers attentions manager was pig headed to even understand what I was saying and not willing to listen. If managers cannot take constructive feedback then how would you expect staff to behave and speak. I will never come back and make sure none of my family and friends do either.

Arrived to a dirty table that we cleaned ourselves. The outside area where we sat was full of debris and food scraps, appeared it had not even been swept since the wind storm yesterday. No staff interaction and a barcode to get table service. Service was slow and when we asked for salt for the chips the staff advised they do not have any salt shakers only pepper grinders. They could not answer us when we asked why. When our sliders came they could have been hotter and no offer from staff to provide us with serving plates to eat off. No staff keeping an eye out for anyone requiring service and therefore had to get up and go into the store to find someone to advise that our beers were yet to arrive. Considering this was from 12.30 to 1pm we assumed the lunch staff would have been at the optimal level to cope with the 3 tables occupied outside. Totally unacceptable and we will not be back.

The overall experience at this fine establishment was amazing. The food is good and the quality is consistent. The servers are kind and welcoming, a few of these servers stick out from the rest showing initiative, warmth and goodwill. The atmosphere was a little odd, but I believe the reason was because I went during an off hour so the restaurant was empty. Nevertheless 10/10 recommend!!

Without doubt tonight we had the best burgers we have ever had at Grill’d - fresh ingredients and super juicy burgers. Amazing. Not sure if you have changed the chef but whatever you are doing, keep it up.

I came here with a friend I haven’t seen in a while (she’s a vegetarian) and was greeted with the most wonderful staff. The lady who greeted us complimented us beautifully and laughed with us, it was like making a new friend. The manager, Tyler, accommodated us so well and checked in on us. My friend struggled with the patty (completely vegetarian, but was too meat like) he offered to make her a completely different one. She declined because the rest of it was amazing anyways. The rest of the staff was lovely too. Will come here again, never had better service.

Tonight I had the best burger since finding out I was intolerant to eggs and gluten. Usually gluten free buns suck… this one was toasted perfectly and was literal perfection. The serving lady that took my order was so helpful and patient as I asked for the mayo to be changed to vegan mayo. She asked if it was allergy based as well so she could reduce the risk of contamination. Honestly customer service perfection and as I said the best gluten free bun burger I’ve ever had.

Ordered the "Baa Baa Burger" and "Summer Sunset" with some additional zucchini fries. Highly recommend the zucchini fries, though they are a bit pricey (I got a Deliveroo discount on my whole order). Burgers taste very fresh, I recommend going for the Panini bun, which raises the burger by a notch both visually and gustatory. Holistically, you don't feel like you're struggling to consume oily greasy fast food, rather Grill'd feels refreshing and enjoyable to eat.

Not sure what has gone wrong if it's change of management or staffed can't be arsed anymore but the quality of the food used to be a hell of a lot better. The chips were stale and not crunchy and the Wagyu burger didn't seem to be very fresh/ or had much flavour. For the amount you guys charge, I would've been better off keeping my money and going to HJs instead. Disappointing as I used to enjoy coming here for a feed. I won't be returning

Ordered two burgers from here and some chips Got home and unfortunately the plant based option was burnt and charred, unable to eat it I made my way back to the store and the gentleman at the front was very apologetic and helpful in sorting out my order and making sure it was made right. Great service by him. If you reading this you know who you are and thankyou !!

After being shown to our table. We ordered via the QR code. My friend ordered the impossible burger and i got the melb burger, i removed the beetroot from the Melbourne burger and they honoured the omission. Service was pleasant and speedy. Overall a great experience.

Food was really fresh and tasty, great atmosphere, tho for me the music could had been a bit less loud inside for better conversation with friends. Staff are very friendly and efficient, highly recommended if you love a real burger and chips cooked with love ❤️

Had a mishap with door dash not delivering my food until 2 hours after it was picked up despite living 15 minutes from store and contacting driver multiple times. Grill’d manger was amazing, they remade our order for us to pick up and upon arrival I was given a $50 voucher from manger. Every other time I have come here it has been great customer service and quality.

One of my favourite burger places that's been in the game for a very long time never have they failed a burger with fresh ingredients and juicy paddy's that's come with the burger Keep up the work guys ! Also superb service

Grill'd Knox stands out for their excellent service. The staff are friendly regardless of time, day or circumstance. I've been there when it's empty and also when it's standing room with a line outside. Kudos to the team for always putting customers first. Food is what you'd expect as all franchises are pretty much the same.

Tom helped me and my family have an extremely enjoyable experience assisting us with out order, bringing out our food and checking in to see if we needed anything else. the staff were very attentive at all times and the food was very enjoyable and catered well to my coeliac allergy. thanks team!

I ordered takeaway burgers and chips. The service was good but my beef burger tasted average at best. It lacked flavour. The food has generally been better when I have purchased in the past so I was somewhat disappointed. I will still go back and order a different burger next time.

There was a problem with our order but how Alex responded to the issue is commendable. Issues happen but how one reacts to it will be the decision making factor for the customer to return again or not. The team is great, food is great, the atmosphere is great but Alex is a legend!

Fast and friendly service even on a busy night. However to our great disappointment we've noticed pieces of bacon being cooked amongst vegetarian and vegan burgers. It absolutely spoiled our experience and what was meant to be our dinner. The taste of meat was obvious on our veggie burgers which made them "impossible" (to eat) burgers. I've asked staff member about it and been told "the vegan/vegetarian burgers are cooked on a separate grill plates, however they are busy today". They were extremely busy indeed and I felt bad complaining but it is absolutely not ok for a vegan/vegetarian burget to be covered in dead pigs fat! Half an hour after I spoke to them the bacon was being cooked amongst the veggie patties again. I don't think our family will be going back any time soon. If you are after a vegan/vegetarian option this is not a good place. Hope the food handling will improve the because their staff is lovely.

Good location with nice atmosphere and clean tables. Staff were very friendly! I recall the burgers at grilled being more moist in times past. Mostly a good experience!
