Excellent service. Good pizza, Great Pizza. This store is clean. The pizza was cooked very fast so there isn't much wait time.

Watch out for there delivery drivers! They don't follow the road rules . And when you complain to the manager he doesn't care . Your pizza cutting skills are the best I've ever seen 🤣🤣🤣

This store continues to provided the worse pizza experience. Burnt pizza's, wrong ingredients, pizza smashed apart in the box, pizza delivered cold. I always give a place a second chance but this place continues to disappoint. Never another order coming your way. Please do yourself a favour a look elsewhere if you want a pizza and not be disappointed

I live on dorest road with runs through croydon bayswater boronia and ferntree gully yet I am unable to order because the it is not recognised on the site. With GPS, Amd all the technology we have it is very annoying. How the hell did people manage before all this stuff. I know it was called a map. Updated every year or so. PS: it not the first time I have had this annoying problem

Will never order here again, was eating a slice a pizza when a great big dirty hair was baked into the cheese. They also for got to add the sauces I paid for. Anyway made a complaint no offer of money back, just 2 free pizzs? Who wants pizza after that? Quite happily to go someplace else. Here is the reply from Domino’s, a great big spiel about how they use hair nets? Obviously not! And nor did they end up compensating me with any of the offers lol. Worst customer service EVER!

This place is racist and I’m brown. No one served me and my wait was over 10 minutes. The lady who walked in after me was served well. My pizza had no sauce topping and my mini donuts were soaked in oil. Extremely hurt and disappointed with the experience at this outlet.

I haven't brought from Domino's for YEARS as we trialled more of the independent stores. Although I agree that sizes have decreased, that seems to be happening in most places! I was served by Sean who was great at helping me with adjusting my order. The store was organised chaos when I walked in, with staff running in and out making deliveries. Food took almost 15 minutes to be ready, staff apologized for the wait - which shocks me because it was extremely quick! Think some of the negative reviews are a little unfair. Though I'm happy with my experience of friendly service and great pizza!

I’m shocked to see the reviews on here. I received nothing but impeccable service from start to finish. I pre ordered a mixture of 25 different Pizzas on Friday night for collection at 7pm on Saturday. I spoke with an extremely helpful and friendly staff member by the name of Ayo. On arrival at 6:50pm every pizza I had ordered was ready to go and hot. All the pizzas were devoured by our guests, the spicy vegetarian was amazing with some guests requesting what it was called. Thank you for taking the stress out of catering for many of my guests who were all without complaints. Highly recommend bulk orders, I’ll absolutely be back.

I have had few times where the forget my cheese toasties crust but they have remade afterwards, one time I got a pizza after work and I was tired I forget to mention to take something up they where more then happy to remake instead of just taking it of. They do have one of best pizza in this area

I'm very happy with customer service, taste to liking and "no problem" in my likes for said price. Delivery was prompt. Try Dominos at FTG, won't be disappointed. See again.

Very disappointed in the lack of sauce and topping, unfortunately dominoes website forced us to order from this store for delivery, will certainly be picking up from Knox next time.

Inconsistent with the quality of the pizza. Hit and miss most of the times. Very little tomato gravy making the pizza very dry.

Never reviewed where pictures not allowed.. No i know why!! Ordered dutch pancakes, burnt and soaked in a butter sauce. Called to let them know, yep ok he said. Dont order thin unless you want Biscuit thin. 35 bucks of nasty so called food.

Admittedly I got the Value pizza but nonetheless sparsely populated with ingredients. Quick snack but not sure I would get a full size pizza there if that is the best they can do.

The large pizzas are now really, really small. I doubt they would even satisfy a smallish ant as a snack after a hearty family christmas dinner. That said, despite opinion of meany around me, I don't mind the pizzas from this store for flavour and reliability. This may not be true for other stores, but this one is ok.

Amazing place. Everyone there acts like they’ve known you for a very long time. They’re all so friendly. I’d definitely drop by again if I get the chance.

I came here 4-5 times owner of this place is fantastic but staff is not good at all they just did the cheese topping on my pizza no extra toppings as i paid extra for my toppings. Also was not sliced properly.

Always fast deliveries and the pizzas are good. This is our go to for "take away style" Pizza despite other places being closer.

Over topped and under cooked. Not even half cut to the point I had to recut it myself! And they couldn't even get the right sauce on my pizza!! Not to mention the one poor Ausie kid I saw in the store whilst 3 other employees are yelling across the store in a foreign language! Un bloody believable! What kind of a work environment must this be?!

Great Service ❤️❤️ I ordered a large pizza for my sister in law who lives in Ferntree Gully for her birthday as a surprise gift. Important thing is I lives in overseas (Sri Lanka). Actually I didn’t know how to order how to pay and how to do that. I called to hotline that shown in Google & then the call answered by Ish who works in there. He helped me to do my requirement.
