Went for a dinner with over 15 guests, service was good and food came roughly around same time. Staff were helpful and friendly at bar when ordering drinks. Prices are quite good considering location. Many different screens to watch varying sports. Dining area also had reasonable space, not too crowded. Food was tasty and hot, would come back again.

Best experience today at sporting globe fountain gate, from the wait staff to the food and drinks, couldn't ask for a better time. I'd like to make soecial mention to Jade and Dakota, friendly, helpful and went above our expectations to make sure we had a great time. Thanks guys

Great place to have a few beers and some good pub style food. Been coming here for years. Love it. Special deals everyday with drinks and food. Great selection of beers on tap and now fireball shots on tap also. They have recently upgraded all their tv screens which is so much better now. Chicken wings and bites are really good, cheeseburger fries are also something you need to try. Very cool place indeed and I would say kid friendly too!

Went last night for dinner and I’m shocked by how down hill this place has gone. A few of the staff members were arrogant and rude, more interested in having a chat with the guys who hang around the bar. That I can look past, but the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. The glasses were covered in finger prints and hard crusty bits of food, when we poured our drink from the jug into the glass it had floaties and a layer of oil. The cutlery and table were filthy and sticky. We saw a staff member wheel out a trolley to the bar with “clean” glasses that you could see were still filthy and the trolley they were on was full of bits of food. Will not be coming back, which is unfortunate because the food wasn’t half bad.

Went here for dinner before seeing a movie. We allowed an hour and a half, the food still wasn’t out an hour after ordering so we asked for a refund and left and unfortunately didn’t have time to get food before our movie. Thought we’d give them a second chance, came back tonight 2 hours before our movie, ordered through the app to which it said order confirmed and gave me a time the food would be ready. 40 minutes later and still no food I check the app to find that apparently the order never went through, so we had been sitting there for 40 minutes for literally no reason. Luckily we have time to quickly get in some nandos from next door but certainly can assure you we will not be back to the sporting globe and will not be recommending.

SO AMAZING! Went for dinner with my friends, the service was fantastic food was great. Would like to thank the staff members and especially our waiter for the night Brandon :) gave us such a good service and experience was super friendly and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. Definitely going back again!

Food was wonderful, hot and fresh Staff were polite, helpful, quick to serve, quick to clean up tables. Staff walked around making sure everyone was ok or needed anything. Atmosphere is nice, comfortable seating, loads of sports to watch. Place is clean too. I'd come back! Came back today. Was WONDERFUL Staff were friendly, food was quick even though they started to get busy. Everything was cooked great! Very happy

I just want to say my experience with them last night for Jetts party was incredibly amazing!! The staff are very professional and they are very helpful. Keep up the amazing work, I had the best time last night and I can recommend to anyone who wants to celebrate with their organisation or clubs at this venue. Keep it up guys, the food service are great.

Tuesday steak night is our tradition where we come to see our favourite waiter BRADON ! Service with a smile as always, I can’t say this for the other staff members. We asked for our steaks to be trimmed of fat and that was no issue. Overall a great experience, occasionally the salad portion is a little bit on the short side more like a garnish.

Brandon was such a great waiter. Very happy, kind & friendly. Great personality. He made sure our meals came out as quickly as possible as we were running late to see a show. Food was very nice too 👌

It was date night for us and we asked if we could sit in the booths as we had our infant with us and he immediately cleared a table (put down everything he was holding) and cleaned it for us! He then Quickly ran to get a highchair and sat us down! Our food was delivered by him and his enthusiasm and passion is what people come to enjoy! You are a top employee! Keep up the good work bud! If you're thinking about booking a Trivia night here, DON'T! Try TGIF instead. My friends and I booked a trivia night session for The Office which we were all so excited for. There was so much confusion about what date it was supposed to be held. After 3 phone calls to the store, we were told it was going to be held this Thursday. Our excitement quickly turned to anger and disappointment when we received a text an hour before saying the trivia night was happening tonight (Tuesday). I immediately called the store and asked for an explanation. I spoke to Brandon and he was amazing. Very sympathetic and understanding to the situation. He said he only found out on short notice that the trivia night was tonight. I feel so sorry for the poor staff who now have to deal with unpleasant phone calls and angry customers because their bosses and higher ups did not clearly communicate and confirm the correct trivia date. How embarrassing to put your own staff through that experience, making them look incompetent! Really disappointed and will continue to support trivia at TGIF instead.

We were attending a 21st Birthday and the service was amazing. We don't drink alcohol and in the past at other venues have been treated some how less than. The opposite was the case here. The girls behind the bar especially Dakota and Lara were remarkable. They bent over backwards to help and even came up with fun ways for us to enjoy our non alcoholic beverages. They were friendly and helpful. Everyone served our function with enthusiasm and kindness. Well done.

We had Luke as our servicer! He was so bubbly and very easy to talk to and made our night with his cute little charm! The security 33 was very friendly and welcoming helping staff clear tables and just down to make sure everyone was having a good night. We will definitely be back!! Came here from Adelaide the other day with family and we must say we were very impressed. Service was great! We were served by Marco at the bar who was lovely and served us with a big smile. Food was excellent, everything was cooked amazingly. We will definitely be coming back!

Had the vegan burger and fries which was good. Service was great, the staff were very welcoming. The sport options on the screens were disappointing, it's basically foxtel.

We attended a surprise 30th Birthday party in their function room. The staff were friendly and helpful and, were happy to assist with any questions and/or queries. The food was great and definitely enough to feed an army!! If you are looking for a venue for your next event, you should consider this venue.

Staff were all great from the bar staff to waitresses. We had a table for 2 on a busy night, no booking needed staff were very accommodating and made us feel special! A special thanks to Brandon, he stood out to us as very customer service focused individual, was not on his phone whilst on shift, made sure our drinks were refilled all night, recommended amazing options on the menu, just overall great service. Usually not one to tip but we really felt as though he did a great job, well done mate. We will always be coming back if the customer service is this great. Ps - go the maroons woohoo!!!

Very well priced food in my opinion and when I ordered fries I got a lot more than I expected so they are very generous with portions too. I had the buffalo wings and they were just as good as the place I used to usually go to eat them. Very impressed!

We had an amazing night last night for our son's 13th Birthday!!!!!!! Special shout out to Luke who made us feel very welcome......nothing was too much trouble for him!!!!! I booked online for 10 guests but we ended up with 3 extra, Luke was happy to add an extra table......his shift ended just after we arrived and he made his way over to our table to say goodbye and handed our son a gift from him!!! Such a sweet kid and an asset to Sporting Globe!!!!!! Thanks Luke, you made our night!!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friday night, 9pm, dirty tables needing to be wiped down everywhere after previous people had well and truly left, poor wait times at the bar, and staff didn't seam to care about the fact non was happy in the venue due all the above. The menu was very limited and was over priced for the quality of what came out... Eventually. Not sure if the team where short staffed of just that the lack of urgency to care was a factor that everything took 4 times longer than it should have. Not a hostipality venue at all. This group will not be back.

Had a party of 3 for the Pokemon Trivia and was served by Brandon, and he was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and gave a really good experience even more so than just a server, felt like you were being served by a friend. Food was good as always, but the service made the night extra awesome, thank you Brandon!

There was only 3 of us and our food came out 15 mins apart from each other. They changed their chips and they're terrible now, they're just like generic, unsalted fish n chip shop chips, no taste at all. The sweet potato chips that came out were soggy too. The wraps are still great but not worth the price now because of how bad the chips are. Grandma hasn't stopped crying since.

What an awesome dining experience, we were served by Brandon today, and our meals were fantastic, and our hospitality was magnificent. Brandon’s bright attitude was amazing and we had really good night, all thanks to him, we are returning customers and he’s always the highlight of our evening every time!!!

Friendly and professional service by our waiter, Luke. Loved the atmosphere - fun trivia being played in the background and screens with sports surrounding us. Service was quick and food was great. Good value with 'daily specials'.

Was a great experience! The Waitress Dakota, was wonderful and the atmosphere was upbeat, cheery and welcoming. The food was delicious and the portions were more than enough. Would definitely come again.

Disappointing considering the high reviews on this place, however managing food seemed a mess. I received my porterhouse promptly, and while great was not worth the $40 price tag. My partner never even received her parmigiana. After waiting 35 minutes, and I've cleaned my plate the meal never showed. I asked the staff multiple times, but never came back telling us what was going on, or reappearing with the wrong meal. The manager that dealt with us was fantastic and professional and refunded our meal as well as our two drinks as compensation which was appreciated. I hope if we come back next time, the kitchen staff will be managed a bit better so our meals come out when and where they're supposed to.

Arrived at around 8pm as a walk in, restaurant wasn't busy. Saw that it was half price steak night only to be told that they only had rump steak only. Decided to have it anyway and was most disappointed. Steak was unevenly cooked, tough and chewy. Maybe the good steaks are served on nights other than Tuesdays? Chips were also dry and salad very bland. As a side note, my partner thoroughly enjoyed her salt & pepper calamari.

I recently visited Sporting Globe Fountain Gate and had a fantastic experience. The service, especially from Dakota, was outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our needs were met throughout the evening. The drink selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to cater to different preferences. Visited the sporting globe for a friday lunch on my day off with mum and was well worth it. Great atmosphere and place is presented well. Service was fast and friendly. We Ordered the all star platter and the touchdown chicken wrap. Both tasted spectacular. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Went for my step dads birthday dinner last night and was served by Brandon. Each time I have come in he has had such a bubbly, kind and funny presence. He not only will remember you after just a few times visiting but will break his back to ensure that you’re having a good meal! There aren’t too many people/ places that give service like Brandon and his team!

I am a regular here the food is amazing and the service is even better everytime me and my partner come here for a feed we always get greeted by the amazing Brandon and he makes us feel so welcomed and don't get me started on the parmas and chicken everything is so tender and juicy the way you want the chicken, Hands down the best feed for either lunch or dinner cant go wrong at Fountain Gate TSG. The Food was good before but it's immaculate now

Had Dakota as our server who was absolutely lovely, and such a gem dealing with our rowdy bunch! Calamari was also delicious. Missed coming here, it had been a while. Definitely worth the time, thanks Dakota!

hubby and I went out for dinner at the Fountain Gate Narre branch and our server Brendon was fantastic, very insightful and supper helpful. He got us set up as club members, and informed us about the Tuesday night steak special. The meal was super good, the drinks just as great and tasty. thank you Brendon for making our FYI first date night since moving to Australia in September last year a fabulous night out and i think a regular event thanks you.

Go here every month or so. The food is always great and the service too! I personally deal with Brandon as his always in a good mood and looks to go the extra mile to keep make sure you're happy. Highly recommend!!

Today wasn't to bad. Friendly greeting on arrival and taken straight to a table although asked for a booth when booking. Steak was actually edible today and cooked properly, ribs were OK.

Had a big dinner from the soccer club , huge crowd. Staff managed it very well. Mr Rodney was very supportive and accommodating and looked after us really well. 5 stars to him and his staff.

Went there for a nice family dinner tonight. The bar was packed. Service was extremely slow which staff were very apologetic for. The food was tasteless. I mean all of it. From the starters to the mains. I don't think any one on the table finished on single thing. Maybe you guys should just stick to being a bar because $156 dollars worth of food being left on the table to be cleared is just terrible. Your staff were very friendly and welcoming. Just wish the food was edible. Definitely won't be returning.

My partner and I came in with our 2 children for a family night out and from the very moment we walked through the doors we were greeted by Brandon our waiter. He was friendly and bubbly and had a wonderful positive energy. He was very friendly with my 6yo son and from the moment we sat at the table he was straight on to giving my son the kids menu and crayons to colour in. He was helpful with going over the menu options and specials and offered to be of any assistance if we needed. He is a great asset to the sporting globe as I haven't had service like that in a long time that has left a positive impact. Will definitely be back because of the service provided by Brandon and the food was great as well.

(Table 20 booking time 630pm) Serving staff were friendly too no fault tonight to all during our service time 630pm onwards..Special shout out to I think Brendan? (Apologies if I'm incorrect) but your service was great!
