recently
visited
Coldstream
Brewery
with
a
group
of
friends,
and
unfortunately,
our
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
main
issue
we
encountered
was
the
brewery's
poor
customer
service.
Firstly,
upon
arrival,
we
were
greeted
with
indifference
by
the
staff.
It
felt
as
if
we
were
an
inconvenience
rather
than
valued
customers.
The
lack
of
attentiveness
and
friendly
demeanor
was
disappointing,
to
say
the
least.
Furthermore,
once
we
were
seated,
the
service
continued
to
be
subpar.
Our
server
seemed
disinterested
(
Tall
guy
with
weird
hairstyle
)
It
was
challenging
to
get
their
attention,
and
when
we
did,
they
appeared
rushed
and
impatient.
which
made
us
feel
like
an
afterthought.
To
make
matters
worse,
when
we
asked
for
recommendations
or
information
about
the
brewery's
beers,
the
staff
seemed
uninformed
and
unenthusiastic
about
their
own
products.
We
expected
them
to
be
knowledgeable
and
passionate
about
their
craft,
but
instead,
we
were
met
with
blank
stares
and
vague
responses.
Overall,
our
group
left
the
brewery
feeling
disappointed
and
unappreciated.
It's
a
shame
because
the
ambiance
and
beer
selection
were
quite
good.
However,
the
lackluster
customer
service
overshadowed
any
positive
aspects
of
our
visit.
I
hope
this
review
serves
as
constructive
feedback
for
the
brewery.
Improving
customer
service
should
be
a
top
priority,
as
it
directly
impacts
the
overall
experience
and
reputation
of
the
establishment.
I
sincerely
hope
that
future
patrons
receive
better
treatment
than
us.
