Large scale pub restaurant. Good selection of food quick service. Great for large or small groups. Tonight the team made my night. We arrived just before closing and the team made us the most delicious and plentiful meals. Erin the manager was also very accommodating.

The food was really excellent. As a large pub type venue, I only had middling expectations, however, I was quite surprised by the quality of ingredients and portion sizing. I'll be returning again. Picture here is of the Chorizo & Prawn pizza. The pizza would be an good share between 2 people if you added chips or wedges or another side/entrée.

This place has gone downhill at a steady pace for years. As a local and the fact the playground is good entertainment for the kids I have come back here periodically. But honestly. I have no idea why. I leave each time so disappointed. The food. Is below par. Cold in the middle. Half the menu sold out. It’s always empty. I’m so disappointed to write this as I have tried to love it here. And over the years i have just seen the level of service decrease with the food. I expect a closed down sign to appear in the near future. Hopefully something of value opens up in replacement.

Chelsea Hights Hotel is a great Pub with a really good Bistro the Beer is ice cold and the food is really decent, the Chicken Parmigiana Is really tasty, my only criticism is the Tomato Sauce was a bit acidic, this is easily balanced with a pinch of sugar. The Slow Cooked Beef Cheek is definitely worth trying out, it literally melts just how it should👌🏼 There is also a huge playground for the kids with some arcade games💥 The Sports Bar is really comfy and plays all the top sports and UFC. I Highly Recommend Chelsea Hights Hotel for a Beer with mates, to watch the fights or just to have a meal with family or friends. 🍺🍻🍺

Second time eating here, definitely our last. First time, we got the cheeseburger and Calamari. The burger was a pre made frozen sausage mince type beef patty that tasted like oil and fillers. The Calamari was powdery tasting. Second time, we got the Wok Tossed Calamari, Caesar Salad and Dukkah spiced Tuna Steak. The spice wok tossed Calamari was overcooked and chewy and tasted like it was tossed in sugar. No other flavour other than sickly sweet Calamari jerky. The tuna steak was as dry as a d3@d dogs dinger. Inedible and sucked the life out of your saliva glands as soon as it hit your mouth. The caesar salad was 'OK'. Just your typical bottle dressing and lettuce. Nothing to rave about and definitely not $19 worth! Overall, if I could give the food a minus 1, I would. We won't waste our money on food here again. It's just frozen, mass produced, pre made junk that they can't even reheat and present well. So sad because the facilities and vibe are awesome. The food really let's this place down unfortunately.

Best place for families. They have really great pub meals, nice set up, best part is the amazing playground they have inside for the kids. Makes family outings so much easier and enjoyable.

Wow! Talk about great service from management down to the floor staff and security! As a carer for a ms sufferer, life can be tricky when we go out. The venue is designed well with accessibility considered and staff have clearly been trained on how to manage situations. My client and I found our night out, in both the Bistro and Band area Fantastic! Thanks to all the staff, you were Amazing! Look fwd to another visit soon! 😁

Great night staff in gaming venue but smokers area a bit to be desired. The heating outside is absolutely useless. The sensor is broken and points down so unless u wave under it. It will not turn on. Not that it’s of any use being so high and doesn’t even reach the tables at all. Needs to be reviewed.

Went here for my sons birthday lunch with the family. It’s good because they have a kids play area where the kids amused themselves. You can order your food from the table using a QR code, and foods and drinks seem to be reasonably priced. We come here every now and then and always an enjoyable experience.

My partner & I went to Chelsea Heights Hotel for the 1st time for dinner tonight & the customer service from the word go was absolutely brilliant. We had the Chicken Parma & Chicken Burger - it was delicious! For dessert, we had the Apple/Rhubarb tart & Double Chocolate Brownie - OMG it was devine!!!! A solid 10/10 - thank you so much 😁!!!

The Gnocchi I had was just amazing. It was creamy, tasty, extremely saucy! Was perfect! The service was prompt, efficient , and very pleasant. We got our food quickly and was nicely heated. I cannot fault my experience at Chelsea heights Hotel and I recommend it to anyone visiting in the area to stop in for a meal! You won’t be disappointed!! 😋

Had dinner here with family. All our meals were great. Service was excellent too. The venue was very unique and clean although parts are looking a little tired. Probably a popular and well used venue.

Attended private function on the Mezzanine. Delicious finger food, friendly service. Great space, searing at tables and chairs as well as some lounges and cocktail tables for mingling. Dining room below was not that busy, so there was very littke noise coming up.

Had my 21st birthday here. Unfortunately, it did feel a bit rushed, despite booking in the bistro for 3 hours, the event was over quicker than expected - My food was great but unfortunately not all guests enjoyed. Service was average as! Maybe would try again another time. Has potential as the dome is beautiful.

Staff were helpful and nice, but not a great place to eat on a hot day with the sun coming through the glass roof. Needs more shade protection in summer as I couldn't see the people in front of me because of the sun. Was extremely hot and was sweating a bit. Had the rice noodle with prawn dish, it was ok, but would have been better if cooked in a Vietnamese style with a lighter sauce with more veggies.

Staff friendly, only reason why this review is 3 stars and not 2 stars. Salt and pepper squid was nice enough. A bit powdery tasting but tasteful enough. And look, the rest was edible and presented nicely. But no flavour for the price (I had the cheeseburger) my husband had the brisket sandwich, my teen daughter who loves her fried chicken burgers said the same, not very good. Almost everyone else in our party said the same, not great. Some tables were wobbly. I'm sure the menu did say it and we just missed it, but the chips were thick cut potatoes instead of fried chips (none of us a fan) but like I said, everything was edible but certainly won't be back since this new menu arrived.

Food was delicious, I had fish and chips and the chips were so crispy. Service was fast and friendly.. quitea warm day but the temp in the Dome was just right. A cool breeze, quiet music in the back ground.

I frequent this hotel for family birthday dinners and have always been satisfied. Sunday just gone was absolutely horrendous it was like a sauna inside the dining room to the point we quickly ordered ate and left the hotel. I highly recommend industrial fans on a hot day or potentially looking at other options. I felt sorry for your wonderful staff having to work in those conditions!

Great service and great place to go with kids. With the play area in-house makes it an amazing dinning experience.Food is great and served warm and in timely manner. Kids first and then adults which is really important when you go dinning with kids.

Took granddads for lunch. They enjoyed the playground. My sister's and l had the Senior meals and children had chicken nuggets and chips. Calamari was great. Chicken schnitzel was okay too.

Huge place. Bistro is outdated and table was sticky. Really interesting decor and setup with the giant dome overhead. Excellent indoor playground for the kids. Menu was simple with lots of options for vegans, gluten free, etc. Short wait on meals, staff were friendly and efficient. Kids menu satisfied our needs. Prices are ok and generous servings.

Had Lamb Back-strap salad. Food was lovely. Generous serving of lamb. & bread. Lamb a little undercooked for my liking. Always a family favourite to come & the play area is a winner! A spacious venue & reasonable priced & varied menu.

Spent the afternoon here with two friends for lunch. We had a truly enjoyable experience, the food was amazing , tasty and good size portions, promptly and politely brought to our table. Complements to the chef, all three meals were above our expectations. The three meals were , the duck breast, pork belly and lamb back strap. The bar staff were also professional friendly and attentive, with lovely smiles. Would not hesitate to recommend this venue, we will definitely be return customers. Thank you for your obvious attention to detail in training your staff, great job. !

It was a comfortable temperature but the seating a little crammed. The staff were cheery and efficient and the meals served in a timely manner. There is ample parking. Most people's needs are there, sports bar, children's play area, pokies and all manner of refreshments. Overall I give it 3 out of 5 as it was noisy and quite crowded, but that's the style of venue. My reason for going there was to a meeting with friends and the location is central to many of us.

I was served by Erin today, she greeted me with such genuine and friendly customer service. It’s the little things like this that can brighten someone’s day. Thanks Erin for your lovely customer service. First time here and I loved the vibes of the place, it had a resort kind of feel. The kids play area is like a full play centre, very impressive.

  • 5/5 Susan S. 1 year ago on Google
My friend and I came here with our kids, all under 5. We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing the play area was. It was like a playcentre but better as you have more varieties for food and drinks. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming again.

We had a ripper experience at the Chelsea Heights last Friday Great food my steak was cooked to perfection and everyone on our table gave a massive thumbs up. The Venue is very user friendly for people in wheelchairs which makes for a great time for all patrons. The night club is a fantastic venue with plenty of space to move around and nice large dancefloor area. The staff are great and every one had a cracker time I would recommend the experience we had to any anyone Paul

Great gig venue, well set up and hold a decent crowd! There is a few seats around for those who need to sit which is always nice. It can take a long time to get a drink at the bar when it's busy but the good thing is you can still see the stage clearly from the bar! There's a small pokies area that is quiet and pleasant and a large bistro that caters for all tastes.

Fantastic venue! Excellent staff who were so accomodating with our friend in a wheelchair. Bent over backwards to make her comfortable in the environment in the events area. Absolutely brilliant. Will definitely be back!

The most under rated place to dine with the kids in SE Melbourne. A great indoor play area. The food never disappoints. Table service via a QR code which makes ordering with large groups easy. Super cheap kids ice creams. For the footy peeps they have two large screen TVs with the footy on live. A great pub and a great family outing (especially on a cold winters day!).

We've been here a few times as our kids love the huge play area. Very handy as they run off and amuse themselves while we wait for the meals. The food comes out quickly and has been consistently good. Would recommend for young families.

A great place to bring kids! The dome has all you need for a great extended family night out with the kids. We came for an early dinner with 16 adults and kids. The playground is HUGE and the kids have a ball. The service is great with QR code and bar ordering. The food was good and came quickly. This place is as advertised and will suit big and small groups.

A nice spot for lunch with a young family. Have driven past many times before but never stopped in until today. Great play area for younger kids too.

We visited for the first time yesterday. The food was exceptional. Probably the nicest meal we’ve had in a long time. Kids loved the play area. The play area could do with a good clean but as long as our kids are happy we’re happy. Definitely will be coming back again soon

Margarita Pizza came out wet. Unedible but no refund. Sick of prawn tails not being removed when you order food. Not everyone eats Olives. Don't include them your salad. Grose. Meals are small for the cost.

  • 1/5 Emily B. 1 year ago on Google
Chips were already but getting cold already when served. Hot chocolate was too sugary. Took away my friends half of pizza when she wasn't done with it which was oily anyway. Service was reasonably slow for how many people were here.

Went at the perfect time on a Sunday at 11:30am before the lunch rush. Ordered lunch before 12 for 15 bodies, including children, counter service was great, price affordable and all meals arrived promptly with no mistakes. We all enjoyed our menu selection. The play room was a hit, but the pics online were a bit different, but the maze was huge and high, our kids and others there were loving it. Place was spacious but bar service was slow as only 1 bar staff was there at the time despite there was a b'day party on already. Surprisingly, 2 other b'day party groups also arrived to celebrate. Was A great venue and selection for our group get together and the play room was a great place for the children we had aged 2 to 6. We'll go there again.

We enjoyed a lovely evening here. It’s a very unusual building as it is built like a room tipped over! The staff were particularly friendly and accommodating. I ordered the salmon linguine and it was too hot for my taste buds as it was made with “hot smoked salmon” as well as chilli. When I asked for lots of parmesan cheese explaining my mouth was on fire the waitress immediately told me unexpectedly she would have the meal remade for me. When it came back it was way more palatable and absolutely delicious and I was really grateful the time and trouble was made to help me enjoy my meal. The meal area is huge giving ample privacy at each table. My friend loved her steak. We will definitely be back.

  • 2/5 Kate R. 8 months ago on Google
Beyond average. A $37 rump steak comes with over-garlicky off-putting mash and a thumbnail of half-turned coleslaw. THEN they encourage you to order by QR code without telling you that theres quite a hefty fee!

  • 1/5 Zoe G. 7 months ago on Google
The food was okay, wasn’t great but wasn’t awful. The venue is awful, the echo caused by the dome shape makes conversations impossible. Our entire meal the conversation from two tables over was so loudly amplified in our area we actually had to clarify with the staff that it wasn’t speakers. They said it happens all the time and people whispering in the corner can be heard clearly behind the bar. The toilets are absolutely revolting, public train stations have cleaner and better maintained toilets than this. No soap, large toilet paper balls all over the ceiling and walls, missing taps and only one cubical had paper. Absolutely filthy.

The staff are so friendly and we’re extremely helpful. We arrived and were seated straight away with an explanation of how retrieve the menu and order. We ordered the meals which were out quickly. We had the gnocchi and the carbonara and they were delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and all staff were friendly. Thanks for a great meal.
