👍👍 Always fantastic dumplings at a good price. Handmade in the front of the restaurant which tells me they’re definitely fresh! I recommend the vegetarian dumplings, they’re so bloody good. Keep it real Angie ya mad dog. People often mention dumplings, service, good, great, dishes, pork, restaurant, ordered, staff, time,

Home made dumplings, traditional Sichuan spicy and Hong Kong style dishes are the features of this favourite local restaurant. We have been to Angie’s many times and they don’t disappoint you. We love the atmosphere, the food and the service. Sichuan style fried chicken dish is our favourite along with prawn and chicken dumplings is a must try. Price is a bit on the higher end but the food is amazing!

Terrible service at 4pm on a Saturday. Used the toilet, female chef walks out of a cubicle, right out the door without washing her hands and straight back into the kitchen. Waitresses couldn’t care less. They kept delivering food that we never ordered by mistake and it’s not even busy. We had to walk up and get chopsticks because they didn’t want to serve. Couldn’t even get water for the table for 40mins and it’s a quiet afternoon. Food was overpriced and subpar. Picture of their stir fry noodles with “vegetable” and pork…

My friend and I had a lovely dinner here. Their fried kway teow and dumplings were tasty, and their lemon lime bitters was refreshing. Yum!

The family came here for lunch on a rainy Saturday and the place was reasonably busy. We chose to sit inside as it was a bit warmer. Staff weren't overly friendly and were focused on their tasks but nothing to complain about. Although menus were provided ordering was done by scanning a QR code and then via a web site which was convenient as it allowed you to see pictures of the menu items. There was a decent variety of dishes all reasonably priced. Once ordered the food came out quickly. Our fried rice was ok, a bit bland but adding soy sauce helped. The other dishes were tastier. Happy to come back again.

We have dinner here quite regularly, I used to think it had the best dumplings but lately they haven’t been as good, the service isn’t great, it’s more a get you in & get you out feel. My husband loves the roast duck soup although it comes out so fast I wonder how long it’s been sitting for?!? Most dishes are ok but not amazing!

We got lunch here on Saturday afternoon. The dumplings here are all handmade and the juicy pork dumplings that we got was so juicy and so savoy. Definitely my most recommended dish here. Other than that, we also got Wonton noodle soup and one cup of tea. Wonton noodle soup is alright and decent, not too bad but bot extraordinary. And the tea is pretty good too.

After booking a table mid week we arrived to find there was no table reserved. We ordered a dumpling entree, which are not the best we have had, by a long shot. Even before the entrees were finished we received 2 mains which sat there to go cold, eventually another main came and when 3 of the 4 at table had their meals and it would appear that they had forgotten my kwae-teow! When we eventually got it, it was mot much more than a pile of noodles with a bit of lettuce and a few strips of beef. It also took over 15 minutes to get our simple order of 3 Coke Zero, which we asked for repeatedly. It seemed like utter chaos and poor service along with average food! Won’t be back!

We went here yesterday, and the spring onions pancake we had was ok, same with the satay sticks , but we also had the GAO buns with pork bell and I didn’t like them at all. It was just meat in heaps of bun . The sauce was one dimensional like straight out of a bottle and the pork belly I found chewy and dry. Disappointing, I really like bao and was looking forward to it.

Return visit to this chinese restaurant. The ambiance was great as we chose outside part. The serve was nice and the foods were ok. We ordered special fried rice and wonton noodle soup for our lunch. We also ordered lemon tea and blue lemonade. The 2nd drink was intrique us. Not a bad drink. Price is ok, not too draining our pocket. Definitely recommended. Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures for the meals..

(Translated by Google) I waited for 35 minutes at takeaway over there! The point is that the takeaway is ready for 20-25 minutes and put it on the table. They told me to wait next to me. Every waiter saw that I didn't come over and asked me which takeaway I was waiting for! They just put it there to do their own thing. I kept looking at me but didn’t ask what the number was! Tell me to sit down and wait and not check what the tracking number is! I am also a waiter, so I won't blow them up! But something was found on the way. Those who are late are all eaten and taken away! I think their service is not good 👎🏻 So I am very angry 😡 (Original) 我在那邊takeaway 等了35分鐘!

Quite a few selection of dumplings and a wide selection of other dishes too. We ordered 5 dishes to share between the two of us and they were all very tasty. I highly recommend the Pork Dumplings in Special Chilli Sauce! It has a very tasty chilli oil, slightly sweet sauce, that goes well on everything!!!

All foods are average large portion with reasonable price. Nice outdoor dining space.

Big portion but not much favours(especially the mushroom and Japanese tofu) price wise, around $25 for a main dish. Dumplings are all with thick pastry which could be better. Didn’t really expect any service anyway so it’s ok there is no service. One little suggestion, as a Chinese restaurant maybe should set chopsticks and bowls instead of fork spoon and plates… bit hard to pick up a juicy dumpling without brake it lol and with soupy dishes it’s just hard with a plate..

Great food and decent portions. Chinese restaurant that’s catered to a western palate but it still manages to maintain a decent level of authenticity. Cuisine is mostly southern Chinese style dishes. Service is usually pretty quick, would recommend this place for groups as you would get more bang for buck and variety when you order dishes to share. Not sure if it’s due to COVID but you can order via your mobile now which is good if you’re ever feeling antisocial or the wait staff are occupied. The staff have generally been attentive during my prior visits. Overall, would recommend especially for group meals.

So I’ve been going her for a long time. By far have the best dumplings you’ll ever come across in Australia. But last couple of times when I’ve gone with another person the food has come out like 15 minutes apart from eachother. I’ve been stuck waiting 15 minutes for my food after my partner/friends food has already come. And this isn’t because the food takes different amounts of time to cook when the first time in happened we had ordered that same thing at the same time. Food is always good but the service is getting worse

One of my favourite places to eat in the ozone, so many options at this joint and never had something I didn't enjoy. Not terribly priced for what you get, bring a few with you and get your eating shoes on because this place will test the best of us. Dumplings here are a must. I personally can't toss up the pan fired pork dumplings. Not to mention you can see the love sweat and tears being poured into them right before your eyes. What are you doing? Just get down there bring the family, bring the misses, bring the brothers, it doesn't matter! Just come down and get tucked into some fine Asian cuisine 🍣🍚🍜🍽️

Very bad food. Soft shell crab is just some cheap fish heavily battered. There pork belly slices are more like old boiled bacon. This food is also way too greasy. Also the staff are joyless and unwelcoming. Avoid this place

Really great dumplings, fantastic singapore noodles. Eat in or take away. Never been disappointed with the food. Always busy. Shows it is popular. Nice range of food to choose from. Not your average Asian menu.

  • 3/5 James K. 1 year ago on Google
Average but reliable asian fix. Taste is consistent and may be a bit too salty for some. The roast dishes are below average. Stir fry noodles are yummy. Be prepared to drink lots of water after your meal ;) Seating can get a bit squishy when it's busy and sometimes wait staff are paying attention to customers calling them. Some of the children's high chairs are missing harnesses.

Excellent quality food, great serve size and service to match. We snuck in for lunch today and thought to try a selection of their dumplings 🥟. The restaurant is spaces with a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. The viewing window of the ladies making the dumplings is a nice touch to this modest but in theme restaurant. The staff are kind and welcoming even tolerating my poor attempts at Mandarin. We ordered the chicken and prawn wontons in chilli, the pork and chive dumplings and the Shao mai. All delicious and filling, with a touch of the chilli oil and vinegar they were topped off nicely. Firm but moist and flavourful we were pleased with the meals in total leaving here in a bit of a food coma but certainly hitting the spot for our stop in lunch. When I’m knox ozone, ensure you stop in and try at least the dumplings. The remainder of the menu looked to have a tasty selection but that’s for next time. 谢谢大家

Decent Chinese/Asian fusion cuisine for the price you pay. Our order came out in a reasonable time and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend one Entree of dumplings and a main dish and fried rice for decent feed for two people.

The food and service here were fantastic. We had a table for 10 with many different plates ordered, and I enjoyed all, but 1. After leaving, they even called to let me know a jumper had been left behind.

Not even worth one star, came in at 8:02 pm, have been siting there for nearly 1 hour until 8:47, my food finally here. Service was terrible, asked three times for a simple “cup of water” but no one served me, and not even telling me where I can get the water… horrible experience, will definitely not come back again

My partner and myself order mongolian chicken sizzling plate with rice every time, as its super tasty and probably one of the i've had. We also usually order dumplings as well, they are pretty good too!! I think improvement in the staff attitude/friendliness will help this place a lot. Also prices are definitely really high, we would come way more often if it was more affordable, its pretty steep.

1st time at the restaurant and loved all my dishes and drinks. Had the soft shell crab which has alot of chilli. I don't usually like alot of chilli because of the heat, but this I really enjoyed. The special fried rice with bbq pork and shrimp had great flavours. The staff recommended the custard buns for dessert and I had the hot milk tea. I'm not a huge fan of these type of buns because they can be very thick, but these were great, very light and not overly sweet which went well with the tea. Portion sizes were great and the staff were good. Will be back again. Great dinner. 😀
