25/3/23 - we tried their goan fish curry, paneer butter masala, tandoori chicken tikka, paneer chilli fry. All the dishes were amazing and very tasty. Would highly recommend to try these dishes. Excellent food and wonderful service. We have tasted close to ten dishes and all were fabulous. Highly recommend everyone to visit this place and don’t miss out.

A must visit! - passed by Lala's for far too long unfortunately. 🍴Food was all fantastic, couldn't fault. We went there for the first time to celebrate. And we had the best time. The staff was great and the food was Bang on. Closest Indian food to Delhi style we have had in Melbourne. The food is authentic and served in a very creative way to just improve your experience. They have a great selection on their menu with some unique dishes to try. Great food, amazing ambiance and excellent service! Upon Arrival, you are greeted by the beautiful aroma of spices used in the cooking which without doubt will make your tummy grumble. First time dining at Lala’s and it was such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back to try more. The fish and chicken curries were so tender, paneer masala packed with flavour, and the cocktails are a must try! Every dish was executed superbly with care, right down to the mint chutney - which was so minty and refreshing when paired with the chicken tandoori that was cooked to perfection. Really nice indian restaurant. Curries were thick & flavourful. Garlic prawns were not to our liking. The garlic naan we well coated & crispy. But the curries were fantastic. The vindaloo & madras were some of the best I've ever had. Could of been hotter. Would recommend to try.

This place is a fine dining at a much cheaper price. Smells beautiful and very clean. Restrooms are cleaned and well maintained I believe the restrooms reflect the cleanliness of the restaurant. Cocktails are amazing, service is exceptional,makes you feel fancy, oh yeah and the food absolutely delicious. Meat is very well cooked melts in your mouth. Softest chicken i have ever had. Love the way they present their dishes. Desserts are yum tried mango lassi too. You just have to visit this place and experience it’s a hidden gem in boronia.

One of the best Indian Restaurant at Boronia. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Had a nice chat with the owner. They do have good range of vegetarian selection in the menu. Definitely will be visiting again with friends.

Wonderful food. The curries had amazing flavor. The chicken in both the Korma and butter chicken was just perfect. The garlic Naan was very buttery (which was a plus for us) and the mango Lassi was so great as well. Thank you!

I cannot believe I haven't seen this place before, they've been open for 1 year it's a shame I haven't been earlier! Lala is possibly our new favourite local Indian restaurant and I'll be telling my friends to go and try it. The owners are super welcoming and very friendly, the restaurant is very well presented and very clean. This will be a great place for family dinner or larger groups. The food taste was spot on, and they adhered exactly to the amount of spice requested (not too spicy not too mild). All ingredients were fresh and the the dishes were full of flavour. They prepared their roti and naan themselves and you can definitely tell the flavour apart from the frozen ones. The testament to the taste is that our plates were spotless when done, nothing left on the table. Prices are all very reasonable for the type of restaurant and level of service and quality of food provided. Will definitely be back again (more than once)!

Ordered the couples deal for pick up. It was really delicious, with lots of variety and well priced. Can't wait to go back and try their cocktails as well once lockdown is over! They look amazing 👏

Best Indian of my life. Tender, perfectly balanced spices & flavour, rice cooked to perfection, the service… everything. The lamb in Lamb Rogan Josh melted in our mouth. We felt like we were sitting in their home. They were so friendly, and so happy. What a wonderful experience & what delicious food. We’ll be back with family for sure!

We discovered this place from google search and it was so awesome. Mr. Chintu advised us perfect dishes as we wanted to eat and we ordered chicken tikka and chicken desi. Both the dishes were delicious. Authentic Indian flavours in both the dishes. Garlic naan was soft and complimented desi chicken with perfect gravy texture and wonderful taste. Must try! Highly recommend this restaurant for one who wants to eat tasty Indian food. Ambience is just amazing. Prices are also reasonable with the quality of food they serve.

The food is amazing. We are no experts at Indian cuisine, but we do know what we like. The onion bhaji had a lovely light chick pea batter. The sauces are homemade. The lamb cutlets are well seasoned and grilled without allowing it to become dry. Highly recommended.

Spacious ,date night lighting, good ambience and clean. Friendly and attentive service. We ordered the methi chicken and Indian style butter chicken and crispy chicken poppers. And we enjoyed all of it. Esp the poppers ! The methi chicken was delicious I ordered it as a 6/10 spice level but wish I asked for maybe a 7 or 8. If you can handle spice ask for it around that level. The butter chicken (5/10 spice level and according to my spice intolerant gf that was just right for her )was earthy and Smokey and not your typical sweet butter chicken. All in all this a def a place I would visit again.

Food was good, but the girls were quite rude and unwelcoming. I felt they didn’t wanted us to dine in. Oh yes the Naan bread was so bad. We couldn’t even finish it as it was very hard to chew. Curries were all good.

Just went there for an early dinner. Was craving authentic spicy Indian food and my taste buds Were satisfied to next level. The methi chicken was a standout for me such awesome flavours, tender chicken not overloaded with spices. Would definitely come back here.

We had dinner at Lala’s Kitchen for the first time tonight. A colleague highly recommended this restaurant. I’m glad he did; the best Indian food I’ve ever tasted in my life! The food was amazing. After some recons , we visited here for dinner. First expression, it is good enough to accommodate bigger groups, spacious, neat, clean, and good seating arrangements. We enjoyed starters and mains. Food is found to be authentic, tasty, and feel good for your taste buds. Cutlery used is specific and suitable for food. Price reasonable, good quality and enough quantity. Will definitely visit again.
