I love this hidden gem! The flowers are amazing, eclectic and original, a beautiful mixture of natives and exotic. The staff are so helpful - they even gladly helped me out in lockdown, allowing me to drop a present off to be delivered to my friend with the flowers.

Really cool place. The atmosphere and vibe is relaxed and quite Scandinavian which I really like. Coffee is fantastic. Their baristas know their craft. It would be cool if there was meal service but the light bites didn't take me today.

A hidden treasure in the surrounding area . Coffee and tea are great , complete with one of the best croissant and pastry. And I love the decorations in there, it's just feels warm and comfortable, like a warm blanket in the winter .

Update - they now only do flowers since they moved to Upwey in 2022. Good coffee and very friendly staff. A quaint little place to drop into for coffee and something yummy to eat. Highly recommend you drop in. Also does lovely floral arrangements at great prices.

Best coffee! Absolutely a hidden treasure, they are that little bit further than i need to go for coffee but they're worth it, easily the most consistent with their coffee and way cheaper too. P.s they have stunning flowers if you need that too, the shop smells AH MAZING! 💕 FYI They are not open on the weekend and their coffee cup size is only in small. but the small is equal to any other small size in the cafes around (I've measured lol since they were so cheap)

We used Elsa & Gray for our wedding bouquets, Chloe was super friendly & easy to chat to. After a phone conversation explaining what we wanted she sent through mood boards of the flowers & vibe we were going for. The flowers were delivered to us on the day on time & they were even more stunning than we expected. It was exactly what we were hoping for in a bridal bouquet. Thank you again

Chloe and the team at Elsa and Gray did an INCREDIBLE job as our wedding florist. She was so patient with our lack of knowledge and clearly so talented and creative. She was able to execute exactly what we were after without little direction (which is exactly what we wanted). Pictured below is the bridal bouquet fresh, and a dried centrepiece which is fantastic because we now have daily reminders in our home of the beautiful day. Her store is an experience in itself. A special add to mention during our cancelled weddings, Chloe was so understanding and flexible. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Chloe was able to produce the most amazing flower arrangements, to fit the style of our wedding perfectly.  I had no idea what flowers or how I wanted it, but Chloe guided me through the whole process with ease, and created the perfect amount of flower arrangements for our venue.  Chloe then instructed me on how to dry the flowers, meaning that they are now displayed around my home in beautiful arrangements, and the day can live on in our home.  Thank you!!!

A beautiful florist / coffee shop located in Boronia. The staff here are all so lovely, the coffee is amazing and the flowers were so fresh - they honestly lasted for ages! Can't wait to visit again

Chloe created the most beautiful bouquets and a number of other floral masterpieces for our wedding. I came to her with some ideas but she really helped bring the vision to life with mood boards, fresh flowers to vibe off and her knowledge was very helpful! I’d hire her again for any event and wish I could have her create her magic for me weekly!

I visited Elsa & Gray recently on a recommendation. Lovely staff, l ordered coffee and cake the latte was the best! Wonderful florist I’ll be going back to order flowers when l need to and for coffee! I highly recommend this business.

Bought online a few times in lockdown, absolutely beautiful flowers and stunning wrapping and card! One bunch was delivered the day after I requested but it wasn't a birthday so wasn't as important. Otherwise great service and delivery! Highly recommend.
