the classic tale of not to judge a book by its cover. i was hesitant to order a burger from here as it looks like another mass produced attempt of a burger shop. to my delight, the burger was of exceptional quality as the menu suggested. The bun was firm but fresh the toppings were not over the top and the cheese melted perfectly. the star of the show were the cuts of beef they used to make their pattie as it was delicious not a cheap burger place but one i would recommend for the "Double On it Burger" at least

Hi everyone, the food here is pretty good. The burgers are what you would expect, big patties and awesome sources. We got onion rings and i think the are brilliant. Super crunchy and delicious. Great comfort food place to go to! Friendly staff!

Looking for tasty burgers, look no further. On it has quickly become my regular burger joint. Delivered burgers within 30 minutes usually, and the chili cheese fries are to die for. Burgers are cheap too, dont let that fool you. Never had a bad experience over an entire year.

Excellent burgers (juicy, fresh & delicious). Nice variety of fries with different herbs & spices and all I tried were delicious. Customer service was great. There's dedicated parking for the restaurant. Will definitely go back.

Just found out about this place and waiting to try my first gluten free burger and milkshake. Edit: the food tastes amazing and would recommend.

Driving past here saw this place. Does not look that appealing from the outside but hey we were hungry. And what a surprise! The beef is grass fed and delicious. A great range of options and reasonably priced. Staff is superfriendly as well. Will definitely be back.

I must confess, this has been the third time I have been to this On It franchise and to be fair, every single time the location has hit it out of the park! And you know what? I’m grateful that there is one so close to where I live. Location: The challenge with the location is that it is smack bang near a major intersection. And trying to get into the place is a crazy endeavour in itself. However, if I were you, I would go down the next street (Gifford Avenue) and turn in from there. Much, much safer. Food: Alright, the food itself was epic. I chose to get the Ultimate On It – Single which comes with: 150 gms of short rib brisket grass fed chuck with smoky on it sauce, tomato, lettuce, pickles, red onion, melted American cheese, jalapenos, bacon and avocado. My LAWD this deliciouseness did not even fit into my mouth. I could almost imagine what the double would have been like. This was so filling and delicious, that I knew I had to try it twice now. Then, if you are looking at chips, there are only two on the menu that I recommend: Truffle and Parmesan and Devil’s Dust. And in that order too. The fries as they stand are amazing. But the truffle and parmesan are an epic match up. I think Truffle by itself… is mmm hmm. The Devil’s Dust is the right kind of spice – not too much and just right. I think it’s cayenne pepper and paprika – a solid combination and not one to be sneezed at (haha, get it… sneezed at… I know, I crack myself up too). I had the salted caramel shake and gawd damn… I should have just walked home from the restaurant and taken the long way around. As for the shake… HELL YES! TDT: 2.0/2.0 Cost: Yeah, look this didn’t come cheap. The Ultimate single is $18.40, the large Truffle and Parmesan fries is $6.95 and the small shake is $4.90. The taste made it, but the cost is a little on the high side. TDT: 0.5/1.0 Ambiance: I loved the place. And after their recent refurbishment, I liked the insides. It was always buzzing with people and I really hope it never dies! TDT: 1.0/1.0 Service: I found their service to be a little slower than expected but this was becauce they were busy. I’m holding them to a lot higher standards because, they actually can deliver. TDT: 0.5/1.0 Simply? Just go there. The burgers are pretty damn good! TDT: 4.0/5.0

It’s somewhere between fast food and restaurant, maybe the interior has something to do with that feel? Very white lights and plain walls~ The food was good and they have a wide variety of milkshakes but I feel like the hero of the meal were the chips.

Fantastic burgers and sides. Staff was great. Only thing it needs is a juicy gourmet burger. Don't expect thick patties here.

Delicious burgers and sides. Nice casual decor and comfy bench seats. Definitely one of my favourite burger joints in the eastern suburbs.

Always great food at On It! Even near close a piping hot burger looking great as ever comes out of the kitchen. Great stuff guys!

We have been here 2 times and both visits were fantastic. The staff were very nice and served us straight away. The burgers and fries tasted so fresh and were full of flavour. We will definitely be coming back again.
