Starting
from
the
beginning.
Booking
a
room
was
a
disorganised
nightmare.
We
were
suppose
to
book
on
a
wedding
block
with
a
set
price.
The
price
changed
multiple
times.
Half
the
team
had
no
idea
where
to
find
or
apply
a
reservation
to
the
room
block
and
when
we
finally
got
through
via
email,
the
checkout
day
and
guest
names
were
wrong.
Despite
having
it
spelt
out
in
the
email.
Thankfully
that
was
fixed
in
person.
The
stay
was
decent
once
that
was
sorted,
although
the
rooms
are
small
they
are
laid
out
well.
However
like
most
hotels,
the
king
bed
is
2
singles
pushed
together,
which
is
fine
if
the
hotel
has
the
appropriate
topper.
This
one
did
not.
There
was
a
cliff
down
the
middle
of
the
bed
that
could
not
be
ignored.
But
wait,
there's
more.
After
declining
having
the
room
turned
over
the
first
two
nights,
we
went
out
and
it
was
done
while
we
weren't
there.
Which
at
first
was
a
nice
feeling.
Until
I
realised
that
my
very
new
and
expensive
eyeliner
that
was
left
on
the
bathroom
sink
got
stolen.
Not
wanting
to
believe
this
was
the
case,
my
partner
and
I
went
through
everything
but
it
was
hard
to
ignore
that
it
was
obviously
taken
from
the
line
of
makeup
I'd
placed
out.
But
don't
worry,
management
"spoke
to
them".
You'd
get
better
service
from
a
motor-inn
on
the
side
of
the
road.
I
strongly
recommend
saving
the
headache.
