Love Grill'd Chadstone and the Vegetarian Burgers we're totally wonderful. Came back another time and got the Chilli Burger with meat. Love it!

This restaurant was everything I was hoping for. My first ever time at Grill’d with friends and we all had a great time. The Mighty Melbourne burger 🍔 was just huge and delicious cooked to perfection. The sweet potato fries was really good as well. I will definitely be coming back again and I recommend this restaurant to everyone and try out their delicious food.

Monday is a perfect day to try Grill’d’s plant based burgers, as they now are having “grab 2 plant based burger for 1” deal. The impossible burger tasted like mix of beef and pork, and the patty was really juicy. I also loved that Grill’d chaddy has big glass windows that can be fully opened, which is a really nice place to enjoy food in a bright and breezy day. The only pain is that it could be very hard to find a parking slot during lunch or dinner time.

Food was good and services was good. Ordered wagyu burger and a Angus beef and bacon burger with chips. Decor feels open floor planning with decking. Price is medium $$ Would go again. Food 4 /5 Service 5/5 Decor 3/5 Good place for a juicy burger.

The impossible burger with a meat substitute. Spot on!!! Service was fast and efficient. Great when we have just spent a gruelling 3 hours shopping in Chadstone.

Went last week Saturday (5th August) at around midday to redeem the Barbie burger + movie ticket deal. Staff had no idea about this promotion that is advertised clearly on their website. The manager on duty (?) at the time was quite rude and dismissive and abruptly said “We don’t do that it’s a paid promotion” and walked off being absolutely no help at all. Eventually we got the deal, but after much hassle and patience. Nice venue though, but please improve your customer service.

Solid and dependable without being a place I'd recommend to out of town visitors. The prices can be pretty high but two for one deals are relatively common. My recommendations would be the pom salad, the hot bird burger, and any of the healthy fried chicken burgers. All of the chips are great too.

Burgers are average, you get what you pay for, a healthier alternative to fast food burgers which is a plus however quite expensive as the burgers are quite small, smaller than the burgers in the past. I wouldn’t go back unless they have a 2 for 1 burger deal as $16 for a burger is quite steep (double the price of fast food) and its small. but healthy. the chicken burgers are always safe choice and they have a variety selection of burgers to choose from. chips are average and overpriced i wouldnt get them personally but each to their own.

Healthy burgers not the sides though 😛 Grilld has been my favourite burger joint for past two years. They’ve a lot to offer in burgers right from beef, chicken, veg and vegan varieties. Do try their chips platter if you’re with a group.

This is a good Grilld. We had the Mighty Melbourne and it was really tasty. Nice big venue, and whilst busy staff were courteous and efficient. Good place if you want a burger but not your typical fast food or American style. I just wish it was a couple of dollars cheaper.

I love Grill'd burgers. This restaurant is outside Chadstone shopping centre. It has indoor and outdoor sitting. The kitchen works quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended for a tasty burger. Also, you can try meatless ones. It's great.

My best choice for well being healthy burgers is Grill'd. The best in Melbourne. No one can beat them up. Simply, it's simply burger!

The go-to place for burgers, albeit slightly on the expensive side. This Chadstone outlet has plenty of sitting. The staff was very polite and friendly. They have plentiful options in vegetarian burgers. The sides' player with 3 type of chips is also very tempting.

The burgers are delicious, the regular chip with herbs is good but zucchini chip way too salty.

15 minutes waiting time, tasty burger however they gave me a chips like “off-cuts” not a reasonable price to pay for a side chips. Nice Ambience at the shop.

Amazing burgers and fries. Ended up going here with a friend as my footy team one and Grill’d has a great 2 for 1 deal on Monday’s if you sign up to their website and your footy or rugby team wins! Great value for money especially with their deals. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The Chadstone store is very trendy and has a great vibe if you’re looking to catch up with friends.

Customer service was okay, the brown girl with an American accent was new. Food was definitely good though can't argue with that.

Probably the best Grilled I have been to in Melbourne. All ingredients where fresh.. the meat was juicy and had some flame grilled flavour.. Some other venues I have been too sometimes over cook the meat when under pressure of busy period. Food came out quite quickly.. Would definitely return.

Grilled is absolutely so dam good it is 1 million times better than any fast food place like Maccas or hungry Jacks. For a few extra dollars you can actually enjoy your meal. Keep up the great work excellent business!!!

I tried the superpower salad. It was not bad and the salad assortment was healthy, but the seasoning was too light as it lacked acidity like lemon juice or a little vinegar to enhance the taste. Some of the staff are too distracted and not very helpful.

Poor service from the second we walked in at 5.30pm on Saturday! - chutney dips had been previously used by previous diners (🤮) - burger buns were over cooked and burger was sloppy - no one to seat us and provide menu’s - table water was requested 3 times before it was delivered -We saw a staff member drop a bottle of soft drink, serve it up to a customer a second later, only to have the bottle fizz up all over the table upon opening!!! Overall - staff couldn’t care less.. No wonder dining out is loosing its appeal. Will not be visiting again.

We ordered burgers, doesn’t come with chips and we weren’t made aware. So after we got our WARM burgers I ordered chips, and it came after the burgers were finished. The burgers were ok, the chips were better than the burgers. And poor range of alcoholic drinks. I’m 100% not coming back.

Really great experience ordering is super easy with the QR code, service is quick and staff are always friendly. Only reason it's a 4/5 rather than a 5/5 is that it would be a disservice to other smaller burger places that have better burgers as Grill'd is consistently good however doesn't reach that amazing level that some of the smaller places can reach.

Tonight I ordered my usual and the burger meat was completely raw inside!! (Photos attached). Not sure if they are trying to lose business because they are doing a good job about it! Hopefully I do not get sick and they decide to train staff on how to actually cook and educate on food safety standards. I won’t be back.

Good experience whenever I go there. Sometimes the staff does not like it too much when you make changes to their already set menu. Otherwise beautifully decorated, good music, and good food portions. I love their HFC line, great way to distinguish themselves from other fast food chains. Will return occassionally.

Great service, good location and excellent staff. The food was tasty, not very pricey and the location couldn't be better. This place is open until late evening and was a great place to get some snacks and a drink. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available and the premises were nice and clean. Contact tracing and Covid safe measures are in place.
