Wow,
what
can
I
say.
I
have
been
coming
to
this
restaurant
since
2014
and
unfortunately
due
to
the
many
changes
and
decrease
in
quality,
i
don't
believe
i
will
be
returning.
First
the
change
in
ordering,
now
having
to
order
everything
on
your
phone.
We
did
so
and
waited
25
MINUTES
for
a
dish
to
come
and
when
it
did,
so
did
every
other
dish
so
there
was
no
space.
Due
to
this,
we
couldn't
order
as
much
as
it
took
too
long
to
come.
The
plates
were
stacked
on
top
of
each
other
with
the
bottom
of
the
plates
touching
the
food
we
were
served.
The
customer
service
was
shocking,
I
had
never
experienced
something
like
that
at
the
restaurant
before
and
don't
know
if
its
a
new
owner
or
management
but
everything
has
just
gone
down.
The
ice
cream
used
to
be
delicious
(specifically
green
tea)
but
now
they
give
you
packaged
ice
cream
that
tastes
disgusting
and
old.
The
worst
part
is
with
all
this
decrease
in
customer
service,
food
and
experience,
the
one
thing
that
keeps
increasing
is
the
price.
If
you
loved
this
place
and
haven't
come
back
in
a
while,
don't
expect
the
same
experience
at
all.
I
would
recommend
choosing
a
different
all
you
can
eat
restaurant.
