The
dining
experience
at
this
restaurant
was
a
true
delight.
The
exceptionally
friendly
service
was
a
standout,
and
the
fresh
baguette
cuts
with
EVOO
and
rich
balsamic
were
tantalizing.
For
the
starter,
the
lamb
ribs
were
perfectly
cooked;
however,
I
would
have
preferred
leaner
cuts
with
less
fat.The
complimentary
beef
chevaps
served
to
us
by
the
chef
himself,
were
a
delightful
surprise.
The
main
dishes,
including
the
New
York
cut
steak
and
the
succulent
Mediterranean
chicken,
were
cooked
to
perfection
and
full
of
flavor.
The
portions
were
impressively
generous,
so
I
highly
recommend
going
with
a
hearty
appetite.
A
nice
rocket
and
pear
salad
was
served
with
each
dish.
The
apple
and
rhubarb
crepe
for
dessert,
accompanied
by
vanilla
ice
cream
was
enjoyable,
although
nothing
special.
While
the
dining
experience
was
delightful,
there
are
a
few
aspects
that
could
be
improved
to
elevate
it
further.
Firstly,
tap
water
should
be
served
from
the
beginning
-not
only
on
request-,
ensuring
guests
feel
comfortable
and
hydrated
throughout
the
meal.
One
minor
inconvenience
was
the
immediate
whisking
away
of
empty
plates
after
each
course.
A
more
relaxed
approach
to
clearing
the
table
would
have
allowed
us
to
savor
the
moments
between
courses
fully.
Additionally,
the
ambiance
fell
short
of
fine
dining
expectations.
Elevating
the
interior
design,
cutlery,
and
plating
would
create
a
more
cohesive
and
luxurious
feel,
further
enhancing
the
overall
dining
experience.
