Name checks out, I ‘got rolled’, or maybe I accidentally ordered a ‘Burnht Mi’. Expensive for a Banh Mi, 1 rice paper roll & drink ($17.70). Was surprised they’d even serve this, surely they looked at the bread whilst making it?

Ordered lemongrass chicken, what I got tasted nothing like lemongrass nor chicken. Cold, awful taste and horrible service.

Had a nasty expereince when ordered a chicken rice dish and got a beef noodles one. And I am not a beef eater ! When went back to confirm staff wasn't sure how it happened none of them accepted their mistake instead one of them asked me to pay more money for the chicken one which later he realised that it was the same price. Nevertheless they replaced my order with the right one post that. Still not going to Roll'd again !

The worst, smallest, most expensive Bahn Mi I have ever eaten. Poor customer service. Wish I read the reviews beforehand. Ordered a “roast pork roll with crackling” - she says “ok, we don’t have crackling though, that ok?” I said “no, that’s the best part” she suggested trying the pork belly instead so I did. It was disgusting. Like dry pork jerky and barely any of it. No nice pâté, pickled carrots were hardly pickled. She asked if I wanted chilli, I said yes. I didn’t get a single seed of chilli in it. Robbery. This place needs to be put in the bin.

Paying over $4 for a bunch of dried up noodles wrapped in rice paper is ridiculous. There was the smallest bit of meat and herbs which I could barely taste due to the ratio of noodles used. Waste of money.

The food was awful. The staff was impatient just wanted quickly done my order so she can get back to the kitchen for whatever she was doing. I ordered a sliced rare beef noodle soup, and I was shocked as the soup base is cold, and I couldn’t have any beef (the rare beef was unable to get cooked by the hot soup base). Worse food I had ever !

If you want a real Banhmi, don't go here. No pate, not real roast pork. Bun is ok, but smaller than what you would normally get. Asked for a little bit of chilli and got loaded with it, when it's not that busy, so can't be an excuse of didn't see it.

Rude and dismissive staff, usually love Roll’d at other shopping centre’s but wouldn’t come back to this one again.

I went here today and asked for something I usually get, bbq chicken soldiers with no coriander. Usually this is no issue, I’m always happy to wait, but was told nope, don’t do that. I’ve done that before, I would’ve understood if it was busy but no one was there. Posting this so no one else wastes their time.

This place has always been a returning eatery. The food is fresh, The service was absolutely vibrant. If you’re needing delicious food without the guilt, a wonderful place to quickly get that satisfying bite.

A lot of vegetarian options. Great Bun - nice and fresh :) Very friendly service. Would come back to get it again.

I eat the rolls for lunch whenever I get to the office next to Eastland. Convenient, quick service and great food.
