Incredibly caring and compassionate. Dr Di was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Brit at reception was amazing as well. They were a great team showing incredible care and compassion towards myself and my beautiful Buddie at such a sad time. They even extended there working hours to accomodate the appointment. The care and compassion was a great comfort to me to find Buddie in such hands. Would highly recommend. Thankyou on behalf of our dear sweet Buddie.

We brought our Kona girl to the Greencross Kilysth team when she dropped weight and went off her food. The staff went above and beyond to help get answers quickly and shuffle appointments to get tests done. The end result was we had to put our girl down but the compassion shown by the whole team was outstanding and made the process stress free. We recently received a handwritten card from the team with their sympathies and some inked paw prints of our girl as a lasting memory. Appreciate all the work your team does and appreciate the personal touch you showed to us.

I've been bringing my assistance dog here since he first came home as a puppy, and we have received nothing but the best care. They've also been absolutely fantastic with the seemingly endless amounts of paperwork I've brought to them that I've needed filling out for him as an assistance dog.

We got our first ever puppy six months ago and Greencross Kilsyth have been fantastic. Even before she came home they answered all of our questions and nothing was a hassle. At our most recent visit we were given tips for nail clipping as our puppy hates it. They are fantastic with advice and the best part - our puppy loves her visits. Charlie was so lucky to be treated by Dr Kathryn Willis this evening. She took great care of my little 4 month old golden retriever pup and I knew straight away he was in safe hands. Awesome chain and awesome local vet, our dog requires a lot of patience as she's an anxious doggy but a sweet heart and this vet just gets it right with her, accommodating to her and our needs as she's treated. Great job team keep it up.

Georgia is an absolutely wonderful vet and I can't recommend her enough. An absolute gem.

Yesterday I had my 13 year old Siberian Husky euthenized which was both an emotional and very necessary decision to make. However, this process was made not only easier by the truly amazing staff at Greencross Vets in Kilsyth but became a highly respectful, deeply personal and loving space for my Nahla to transition gracefully and peacefully. A difficult process for anyone, the ladies at the clinic gave us time, space and incredible support to say farewell which we all were immensely grateful for. They were gentle and exuded a sincerity and empathy that helped us begin the healing process immediately. I wanted to share this because these ladies deserve such a shout out for the incredible service even offering to put a hair sample in a vial, good options on burial and even a paw print as a momento. If you are faced with making such a decision - do not hesitate to walk that final journey with your pet at the Kilsyth clinic. I have used other vets for euthanasia services before but this experience was made lighter, easier and even spiritual because of the compassion exuded from the minute you ring, walk through the door and leave thanks to the ladies. Preferring to use a family vet in a different location for years, the suddenness for yesterday’s departure found me using Greencross who I had used only once before . After this experience, I won’t be resuming my 18 year relationship with the family vet - I’m a covert.. Thank you from the depths of our hearts Greencross Kilsyth. You are amazing.

Disappointed with the care. All about the money. Misdiagnosed a mass and sent home with an unnecessary treatment which didn’t address our concerns. We knew that euthanasia was going to be inevitable but would have to wait 2 days for an appointment. We have since said goodbye to our good boy with a sympathetic vet who we will be going to from now on.
