Lovely shop with really nice and caring staff. You can tell they look after their animals well as they all look healthy with clean cages and are well fed. They went above and beyond for my daughter to support her finding a suitable Bearded Dragon. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a pet or some advice.

Walked in to this store on recommendation from someone. I was ignored the whole time I was there. No greeting, no I 'll be with you shortly. After 15 minutes of waiting to buy either stick insects or Hermit Crabs for my grandson, I walked out.

I love this place, staff are always friendly. They always have what I need when I come in. My kids love the shop with all the different animals they have! Highly recommend for anyone needing reptile or fish supplies!!!

Low stock but great local experience.

They sold me a pH water treatment which they told me was for betta fish, but it was actually for koi fish in an outdoor pond so it also raised gH and kH significantly with each dose. This was for my very first fish too so I trusted them when they told me it was good for betta fish. My fish friend ended up passing away from what I now know was very hard water. I am still quite upset about it, and don’t think I will ever trust the pet shop industry again after such negligence. (For context I am dyslexic and a very trusting person, so I didn’t read the entire bottle myself; I only read the dosing amounts. A mistake I will not be making again.)

Great little reptile and fish store. New owner - absolutely lovely and a wealth of knowledge. The shop is small but had a good range of enclosures, small aquariums, and creatures. The owner was happy to order in products not available on the shelf. We will be returning customers for sure!

Sarah at the Reptarium has been amazingly helpful in setting up our new blue tongue lizard enclosure. She is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time. I recommend it for people interested in getting a reptile or just getting supplies for birds, dogs, cats and more! Definitely a 10/10 store

Mel was great. Super friendly and helpful. Went in just looking for fish supplies and left with plenty of great advice and a bag of clean up crew (shrimps) for the tank. They have plenty to choose from!

I love these guys, full of knowledge and always happy to order things in for me. Their fish are happy healthy and they stock a lot of variety. Not only fish but also amazing reptiles, birds and rabbits. These animals are loved and fully prepared for a new life with you. They didn’t hesitate to help me when our power went out for a week. My family can’t thank these people enough for their kindness and hospitality. I fully recommend the Reptarium to anyone.

We lost our precious Bearded Dragon Puff, we were giving up hope when we were miraculous notified our Dragon had been found and is up at the Tecoma Reptarium 😆🥰😀 If it wasn't for the lovely ladies that own the shop we would never of been reunited with our precious baby! Words can't express how grateful we are!!🥰 The Customer Care and knowledge they provided is second to none, they are most beautiful people who have a genuine love for animals. Great shop took my son to buy items needed to get a bearded dragon the service and advice from this shop was invaluable highly reccomend this shop.

Well stocked shop with knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to help with basic/beginner type questions. Staff were very kid friendly and happy to take the time in introducing my children to all the different types of animals. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking to invest in an aquarium or reptile enclosure for the family.

Poor advice with little knowledge of fish keeping. Fish seem reasonably healthy. Accasionally they would stock species of fish that in my opinion are unsuitable for the home aquarium as they get far too large such as the peacock bass (pictured below) which was available at one point.
