Great service and communication from the ladies in store. They were very helpful and efficient with the phone trade-in process. The Taylor's Lakes store were unhelpful. I would say St Albans store probably the best Vodafone store to go to in the Western Suburbs 👍 I would suggest going in-store to sign up for Vodafone phone plans. The online process of getting a new phone plan was quite a headache.
