Last time, they booked me in Alfred hospital for 15 days and they canceled my all shifts. Once day, I canceled one shift because my health wasn’t good. They inactivated my account. When I called them. They are talking so rudely with me. they said that we have many workers and we don’t need you. One of their staff member (Vikas) he is talking so rudely with no patience. I never seen any company like this. Wrost experience…….

NOT FOE AGE CARE, DONT DO INC HARGE SHIFT WITH THEM!! STAFF ARE NOT EASY TO TALK TO MINmum SUPPORT, VERY ARGUMENTATIVE Unlike any other agencies, they refuse to pay grade 5 rate for I charge rate. So not a job for aged care nurses unless you are grade 5 already as per EBA.

I have been working with Medical Staff, as an RN/Facilitator for a few years. I would just like to thank the team, Anthony, Pranav and Claire, who I have most contact with. They are supportive, flexible and very approachable. Any other team member I have spoken to has always been very helpful too. I was absolutely thrilled to receive my hamper and feel so valued. Worst experience with this agency I told them why I’m not showed to my shift but they deactivated my account just did one shift with them so disappointed please don’t join this agency if they don’t help you in your hard time.

Agency allocation team is so rude with me they send me confirmation some time late. Than after that they blame me I was late on my shift always they are rude than now they don’t give me shifts it’s miss communication with their on allocation team I do have some proof even some messages as well. I was working with this age care field more than 2 years this is my first bad agency I never face any problem before with other agency like. They are not good.

They dont pay grade 5 for in charge shifts. What you get is your base rate plus $21 allowence for managing 100+ residents. It is very interesting that they only pay base rate when almost all otrher agencies matches the grade 5 rate regatdless what the base rate is. Works for bigger agencies like Hca, aktrapid, YNA, the pink caring for you, they all match the in charge rate, maybe sth you guys can look into. Do not recommend for aged care. You are responsible for 100+ residents , but u you wont even get paid the right rate. . not worth it.

I had work with other agency before. I have never-ever seen this type of worst agencies in my life. First they provide confirm shift , when you reach at the facility they said we don't have your name. And then this agency said it's not our problem. It's your fault why You pick the Shift. Legally agency have to pay us atleast 4hours if they cancel the shift. But they not! Even they are not providing good pay rate just a normal like Am, Pm, Night same pay rate, even no public holiday good pay. Anyone tell me does it work like this. Or is it my fault or agency fault.
