Purchased a property from them, not so ethical... advertised about appliances and at the time of final inspection, appliances were not working agent says don't know why, agent says he only got 5000 from the sale, so he cant help. i was not asking anything other than what was advertised, what ever i ask he simply escapes by saying.. ask you conveyancer. when agent advertised something it is moral obligation to make sure that it is working. if not its a lie. if anyone buying property from them make sure everything you check before signing the contract.. as i know how emotional we will be when we are buying a house with hard earned money... very very very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude towards a buyer.,

Highly efficient and effective with a great outcome. Jason and Jackie knew the market really well. Even though they acknowledged the challanges we faced, they also saw the strengths. Even before the first open they found the buyer who also appreciated the strengths of the property. We sold very quickly for a price that we hoped to achieve. Despite the speed, they showed calmness and avoided silly sales' pitches. Matching the right purchaser to a property seems to me to be the secret to getting the right and realistic price - this they did very well. Throughout the process they were available and realistic.

The request to put the house on the market at a lower price than we were happy with 24hours prior to auction a bit stressful would give 4.5 stars if possible. Jason was very accepting when we stuck to our original plan. I think part of the sales strategies that I think lots of agents use. I wouldn't want a job in sales myself! I would be only too happy to choose Jason again if I had another house to sell.
