Great service and care. Warm receptionists. Caring doctors. Great dentists...pity waiting list and time is long.

The nurses here were incredibly warm, friendly and caring. It was also very well organised, calm and with excellent communication and process. It was a super busy time during the booster vaccination drive that I was here, and I was super impressed at how well run it is.

This is one of the few respiratory clinics open on a Sunday irrespective of the long weekend. I was having a viral infection and difficulty breathing, still little subdued by it but after visiting this clinic I am already feeling much better and I would personally like to thank Dr Aziz and the nurse who took care of me and were able to access me first thing on Sunday. I would recommend this clinic only because of Dr Aziz and the nurse, we need more individuals working in the industry who are compassionate and do their job so well!

The experience of taking mum & dad to Your Community Health in East Reservior for their C19 booster was excellent. The staff are efficient, courteous, thorough and very helpful. The facility was spacious and calming with a beautiful garden. A great community asset. There was ample parking with a good amount of disabled spots.

Can never catch them, or them ring me at the right time. Someone made contact with them, not me yet to find out who and why mystery? Waste of time and phone call!

Can't speak highly enough of this clinic. I was expecting a long wait but instead I was called in to be vaccinated right on my appointment time, staff were friendly and showed professionalism throughout the whole process. Outstanding!

Very nice and friendly place. Got two teeth pulled out of my 6 year old daughter. The staff, dentist, assistant, everyone was super nice and friendly. Waiting times could be better but are not too bad.

Been waiting for my dentist check up for a month they cancelled my appointment in last hour saying dentist is on holiday today.

I took my elderly mum in for her first covid vaccination, from the moment we walked in, all staff were so friendly. We were looked after, and had mum vaccinated so quick. They kept an eye on her for the mandatory 15 minutes we chatted about covid, was a very pleasant experience.

Myself and other people like me have been messed around by this service too many times over the past few years and I seriously have had enough. It's a massive shame considering there's many workers there who care a lot but organisationally they seem to never be on the same page. Your patients should not have to pay for your service's recurrent inconsistencies.

This was the first time coming here and I had a very good experience. Lady at front reception was very friendly. I needed to get blood work done and the man in pathology ( Sorry not sure of his name) was so friendly and professional. Thank you again!

They won't allow me to make an appt with a doctor as I'm a new patient, and it's taken weeks to see a counsellor, still haven't heard back.
