Normally have a great experience with Dr. Win as my family GP but this time had to see Dr. Jennifer Xu and it was very disappointing. I requested a referral for ultrasound due to acute pain in my arm and for a script repeat. All the appointment was spent with her googling the possible conditions and calling a colleague to ask about treatment, all of which seemed unprofessional and showed a lack of competence. Despite all her google research, she misdiagnosed the condition as a bicep issue when I can clearly flex the bicep. I then told her I had blood in my urine a few weeks back and I was asked by Dr. Win to come back after a scan and antibiotics to make sure it was resolved. She was hostile and visibly irritated and told me she had other patients to see. The appointment barely took 10 mins, most of which she spent googling and asking others for help! So she did not test my urine and I was basically rushed out the door. As a medical professional, I am aware that follow up blood in urine can indicate a serious issue and shouldn’t be brushed off because you have other patients. VERY disappointed and hate to post a poor review for what is an otherwise excellent clinic.

I'm still looking for a good MD... most are GPs...lve been going to this clinic since December 21 as its not far from home & have seen 5 different doctors.... it's hard with this clinic to see the same doctor....l was told the pain would go away which it hasn't....l saw Helen who just wanted the easy task of giving me the form for a blood test...she made 3 mistakes on my referral & didn't fill in a Centrelink medical certificate correctly & didn't take responsibility & lacked empathy.....Jennifer was the rudest disrespectful doctorate lve ever come across with a huge ego problem whom also lacks empathy...l will continue my search for a good MD which l think don't exist in Bayswater instead of GPs & ... doctorates... they only know the basics...l gave 2 stars for 2 GP's...

It was my first time going there. From the first phone call to just make a booking the receptionist sounded like I was annoying her. I get there and they still had an attitude. The doctors appointment was alright, though I didn't spend much time there. I later had to call back and the receptionist got easily irritated/frustrated with me and treated me like I was an inconvenience. In an already frustrating situation i was left in tears after the call. I'm not going back.

Dr. Jennifer Xu - don't waste your time seeing her. Empathy certainly isn't part of her skill set and I also don't rate a doctor that relies on Google.

Made a booking by the Ringwood family medicare center last week, did not receive any confirmation emails from this center. Changing the booking time for my baby today, the receptionist is very rude. It is my first time to come there, and she needs get our details but she is so rude, the voice is very impatient. She hung up my phone suddenly which made me very embarrassed. I will never come to this center after this visit.

Most staff are nice however had a bad experience with female doctor today. My questions about my sons condition were not appreciated and she became rude and belittling then basically rushed me out of the room, despite me being calm and respectful throughout. She then refused to write any form of note.

contacted them to make a booking for the first time since my husband and I are new to the area. The centre has good reviews so I called to make an appointment. Receptionist, I think her name is Sandra has absolutely lack of customer service. I almost booked for an appointment but her phone manner is extremely poor and rude so I decided not to use this practice. I told her we've never been to the practice; how am I supposed to know whether there are no pathologists at your centre on the weekend. We had our blood tested on Saturday before and if it's such a big deal for you to do what you do and makes you sigh over the phone, quit your job. Receptionist isn't the right career for you. Giving one star so I can post this.

Receptionist R is awful every time we deal with her. Always rude, always asks questions and talks over the top of you when trying to answer the question she asked, never listens and is lacking ANY customer service skills. She hangs up on patients or alternatively you can hear her talk inappropriately when picking up or hanging up the call. Clearly receptionist R should retire. Has no patience whatsoever for sick, injured or elderly. Have seen her talk down to patients and also experienced it myself. Doctors have generally been accommodating but they do not take notice of how rude receptionist R is.

No one loves going to the doctor but I love going to this one because they are really friendly and helpful but unfortunately I have to look elsewhere because they don't open on weekends. 👎 If they opened weekends I would go there in a heartbeat. But when something is wrong and you need to see a doctor it unfortunately isn't good enough to be told you have to wait until next week... It would be good if they at least were open for a full Saturday and or Sunday or even half days over the weekends.. I'm sure I'm not the only person that thinks this..

We are new to the area and Knox was just round the corner. My mom walked in this morning and was heartened by the warm reception despite quite a bit of a crowd there. Staff are friendly, caring and compassionate. Was whisked relatively fast to consult Dr Chye Chionh who was quite a darling, attentive and knowledgeable. The whole experience at Knox was amazing especially during this stressful pandemic lockdown. This will be the medical centre my family go to from this day onwards!

Long established local medical practice - and that shows. Bulk billing is available (depending on the practitioner). A wide range of services offered Dr Chye Chionh is the only doctor I have seen there and he has been very professional, understanding and easy to speak with. All the reception staff are great. Friendly and helpful - very unlike the average doctors surgery.

Dr Win Htut Naing is an excellent GP who listens well and today he helped me with several issues. Unfortunately he is overworked as finding new staff is proving a real challenge.

Dr Andreu knows his stuff and can cut through much of the noise when seeking help. The practice is a one stop shop. I not only got medical help but got a blood test and COVID booster all in one visit. Highly recommend

The reception staff and Dr Ng were both kind and accommodating when I required an appointment at short notice. They showed patience, care and understanding to both myself and my son.

It's hard to find a good Dr, and i highly recommend the two doctors i have seen. they are Dr Andrey Butrev and Dr Kim Naing. The level of confidence i get in their knowledge and diagnoses is second to none.

My son and I have been seeing Dr Schmidt for many years now, I have never met a more caring, compassionate and patient human being, I don’t know what I would do without her, and all the receptionists I have met, have been wonderful

Receptionists are very helpful and along with the Drs make a very professional surgery. I've been coming to this surgery for over 40 years.

Dr Butrev has been looking after our family for 5.5 years, we all think he is fantastic. The clinic staff have always been so helpful too. Very glad to have such a great clinic and outstanding GP nearby.

Rude receptionists, it’s only 9am and they’re already in a bad mood, I can’t imagine what it’s like for the rest of the day. They charge $1 for facemasks, and only take coins as well… Good thing I had one still in the car. Most medical practices I’ve been to would have spares for patients. Free of charge. The nurse at dorevitch doing my blood test was very professional and got it done quickly. She used heavy perfume which was a bit suffocating though.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Dr Ruth listened carefully to my concerns and was very empathetic and thorough. Excellent service.

I have never loved a GP experience more than seeing Dr Andrey at Knox Medical. Always leave feeling supported and cared for by the whole team!

Fantastic caring efficient centre. Dr Win is an excellent doctor as are the other doctors at the centre Medical receptionists are on the ball and do anything they can to help They also have pathology which is usually quick as well. Would highly recommend this centre

My husband and I have recently moved to a new part of Melbourne and needed to find a new local doctor. We are very pleased with Dr Andrey Butrev and highly recommend his services. As well as his professional manner, I appreciated how he squashed a telephone appointment in when he was fully booked so I could see him before going away.

My mother has been attending Knox Medical Centre for many years. She is a pensioner now and we cannot fault the care she has always received. All the doctors she has seen over the years have been great. Her current GP is Dr Schmidt, who is thorougher, professional and friendly. She would not trust any other surgery now and as her family we feel grateful she is being monitored and given the greatest of care.

Dr Win is very caring and patient, I have seen others but he is by far the best, it’s unfortunate that the reception ladies seem to always be in a bad mood. They are either short and cold with their answers or they just ignore you are in the room… sad to work like this…

I am a a regular patient at Knox Medical Centre. My GP Dr Andrey Butrev is very attentive, empathetic and competent. The admin staff are responsive and helpful. I have had a lot of health challenges in the last few years and have felt supported and cared for by Dr Butrev and his team. Dr Butrev is personable, has a great sense of humour and cares for his patients’ welfare. I have very high expectations of my GP and Dr Butrev ticks all the boxes 😃
