    Until February this year (2021) I would have strongly recommended Parking4Cruises as they had provided a very good service. However when the cruises we had booked for this year were cancelled we tried to contact them to rearrange our bookings. All of our emails, messages through their online contact page and phone calls remain unanswered. After making several attempts to cancel the reservations we were surprised to receive emails reminding us of our parking reservation and messages to give us instructions for dropping our car off that day. Strangely the number we were supposed to contact 30 minutes before our arrival at the port was not answered. Even more insulting were the two emails we received shortly after we were due to return, hoping that we had a good cruise and asking for a review. Even now, they are accepting bookings for cruise parking. If you do not complete the booking you will receive an email asking you to complete the booking. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Parking4Cruises because they have never replied personally to any emails, messages or phone calls.

    Abysmal communication. I needed to amend my booking, which is a facility on their website. I tried this via three different browsers and it wouldn't work. I emailed them, I phoned them on the landline number, and on the mobile contact number on the website. All no replies. I tried the contact number given for the day of parking and return from holiday. This came back as number unobtainable! I left messages on the voicemail and sent messagesthrough the website. Again nobody got back to me. I was now worried that they had actually gone out of business, so began looking at reviews and social media. Other customers having exactly the same problems, plus customers getting parking tickets whilst they were on holiday, and Parking4Cruises denying receiving cancellations and refusing to refund. I therefore cancelled and confirmed my cancellation through PayPal so that they could not deny receiving my cancellation. True to form and other reviews, they contacted me before my holiday denying receiving my cancellation. I pointed out that their FAQs do not require any minimum notice of cancellation. Therefore despite denying receiving my original email and confirmation via PayPal, they are now aware of my cancellation! They agreed to refund, but I am still waiting.

    Friendly and efficient service as usual. When we arrived at Mayflower terminal our car was checked over and we were provided with a trolley for our luggage. We were told that our ship would dock at a different terminal when we returned, something that we didn’t know until then. We were given instructions on where to collect our car at this other terminal. We are very happy to use Parking4cruises as we have always had a good experience with them.

    First time we've had to use a parking service at Southampton and wasn't looking forward to it. We were very impressed with the process. Easy, efficient and friendly from start to finish. Both on drop off and pick up. Wouldn't hesitate to use Parking 4 cruises again. Also very reasonable rates.

    I was a bit nervous about the whole meet and greet thing, and where my car would be stored while I was away. However, it was super easy and really close to the terminal. They took loads of photos of my car, and the mileage, and the car didn't go far at all. Even though the ship came back to a different terminal, the car was 5 minutes walk away. Excellent service. I'll use this again next time.

    They have changed their google business profile so i am reposting AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I parked here from 7th - 14th April 2023 and the instruction said to meet in the short stay carpark. I returned home to receive two fine from ParkingEye for £60 each and then rising to £100 each. I appealed it and it was rejected. I will now be taking Parking4Cruises to a small claims court to recover my money and I will not be paying the parking. I have emailed them countless times, left voicemail, call them 100 times, left messages on facebook and they responded once saying all operators would have had the same issue and they will get it cancelled. I have never heard back. The company is a scam. they take your money for parking but you are left with a huge fine! DO NOT USE THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Do not know how they are allowed to operate. I will also file compaints with trading standards and post all over the internet regarding this company so they go out of business and no one else have to face these drama's! Not what you want to return to after a holiday!

    Excellent service and very clear instructions. Only thing I found a bit difficult was sending a text when 30 minutes away from arrival as I was driving and travelling with my 89 year old mother but otherwise couldn't fault it!

    I have used Parking4cruises 5 times and every time 1st class service, even if you depart from one terminal and arrive in another, no faffing about worrying about if your car will be on your return and having to use shuttles etc. Even when it's a very late change of return terminal as was the case on our last cruise, whilst everyone else was concerned about getting their cars, I was relaxed knowing it would be a short walk form the ship to pick up my car.

    We parked with Parking4Cruises at Southampton for a recent 12 Night P&O cruise. We received excellent service from booking, through timely communications ahead of arrival, a warm and professional greeting at Ocean Terminal and after our cruise confirmation that the car was awaiting our disembarkation. Again, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful member of the P4C team and were soon on our way... I have NO HESITATION in fully recommending the company and WILL USE THEM AGAIN for future cruise bookings. Oh, and a saving around 30% over CPS (who we have used in recent times as well). So ideal for those longer duration voyages!

    Great communication. Text message on the morning of arriving saying text back when 30 mins away. Greeted on arrival and vehicle checked over. On arrival back following cruise car was in car park ready to go. Came back a little dirty but expected after being parked up for two weeks but couldn’t fault the service at all. Nice and friendly and very helpful when arriving to dock the ship. Top service will be using again no problem.

    I used Parking4Cruises after finding that CPS had no room left. I will not be going back to CPS in the future as these guys satisfied my requirements to the full. It was so simple, drive into the drop off area, leave luggage and my fellow travellers there for a few minutes while I drove round to the short stay car park at Ocean Terminal. A few formalities such as a millage and car check and I was walking back over to join my party. On the return from our cruise I followed the instructions on the card provided on drop off and I was quickly reunited with my car and out of the port. Excellent service and will certainly be using in future.

    Cannot recommend at all!!!! Used a few years ago and was fantastic. This time (July 2022) all seemed fine until I received a £100 fine from parking eye for the mayflower short stay car park that parking for cruises used. Picture is from 7:11am when we were on the boat. I’ve rang several times left a voice mail and got nothing, I’ve sent umpteen unanswered emails. Had 1 response 1 month ago that it would be sorted… I have since received a new letter from the parking fine company. Still pursuing the fine. So clearly not sorted. DO NOT use this company. If you do budget for £60 (if paid within 14 days) on top of your bill.

    Service professional and efficient as expected - easy to find and drop off car in short stay car park after leaving luggage at ship. A short walk back to the ship to embark. Car returned to same point early on morning of disembarkation. Instructions confirmed by Parking4cruises via text messages. All staff we encountered were both professional and pleasant.

    I was worried that it would be a long walk, after leaving the car, but it was literally right beside the drop off area. The staff were polite and efficient. Photos were taken of my vehicle and the mileage noted down. My car was delivered back to the car park before I disembarked from the ship, and I received a text early on the morning, to say it was there waiting for me. Fantastic service. Very happy to leave 5 stars and will definitely be using Parking4cruises next time I cruise from Southampton.

    All worked very smoothly and was good value for money, but I paid the extra for spray down before collection and help with luggage and got neither which is a shame because it took the gloss off what was otherwise an excellent service.

    The drop off procedure was great. But on return I noticed scratches on my door, I was informed someone would be in contact. Weeks later after numerous emails and phone calls, was told they would repair the damage. Nope, still weeks later and no replies, I accepted the previous offer of a refund to repair myself, and guess what ?. Still no reply to any communication and no refund. After sales is non existent, phone lines not recognised, so called professional organisation is a sham.

    Having never driven into the port I was a bit worried about distances & even finding the short stay car park.. But on the day it was so easy, found immediately and across the road from where the coaches were dropping their lot, So easy and friendly..
