Popped in whilst at the Quay and cannot fault the staff who were friendly, helpful and polite. Great sales at the time.

I shop here a lot and love the store, popped in there today looking for some jeans and the woman who approached me couldn’t have been more helpful. Her name was Zoe and she was fab. Helped me with sizes and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. A valued member of the team in my eyes. Well done

The sale label is very confusing. I took the items from the desk that have 40% off Sale plate put on them, but after I spent a long time queue to pay at the counter, they told me they are not included in the sale. It is completely waste of my time. I give 2 stars instead of 1, because Hollister clothing quality are generally good. It's just the poor management of the sale labelling. Hope their staff will see this feedback and improve on it.

I like it in Hollister. Overall the staff are really helpful, friendly and engaging. There is a nice casual atmosphere, it is tidy and usually busy but well laid out too, so it doesn't feel cramped and stressful. A good shopping experience.

Safe to say you have the best customer service of any company I have dealt with in recent times. Parcel was lost by Royal Mail, your customer service representative on the phone was super helpful and all was sorted and refunded without an issue. Big credit to you as a company and reminds me why I do most of my clothes shopping with you, not only do you get great service but clothes that last the test of time.

This place is ridiculous, member of staff unlocked the changing rooms while I was in my underwear and started laughing!

Best shop in WestQuay! Great clothes. Staff very helpful and attentive. Saturday afternoon and changing rooms were busy, so staff opened the second changing rooms for us. Till queue busy...staff opened the back checkout. It's not cheap, but the clothes and service are well worth it!

I went in last weekend looking for a specific dress, unfortunately it wasn’t in stock however this sales assistant gracie was so helpful and helped find an alternative dress, i felt welcomed and would definitely recommend this Hollister shop to my friends and family as gracie made me feel welcomed and the positive energy really made my day.
