I had contacted them for my flight from Adelaide to Hyderabad and I’m really amazed by the customer service. The staff if really polite and welcoming. I specifically was served by Tanuja and she followed up whenever i needed. The entire team is really warm because whenever i contacted them and asked for Tanuja, they would reroute the call to her.
