Solid, no nonsense traditional op shop. Pricing is reasonable and the service is always great, sometimes lacks a bit of range from time to time but that depends on the donations so not particularly their fault.

They price things cheap and generously, so great place for a bargain. The people working there are generally friendly. However the customer service policies are absolutely ridiculous. They refuse to hold anything for you if you ask them to, unlike any other shop I’ve ever been to. The only time they’ve ever held anything for me was once when their POS Machine wasn’t working. But usually they just claim that they “can’t” hold anything for you and struggle to provide a fair reason other than that it’s company policy. I bought something that was big and inconvenient to take home with public transport, and asked them if I could leave it there and come back to collect it later when I had a car to help me take it home. They said no, even though I had already paid for it, so it’s not like I would just leave it there and not come back for it? They didn’t even take any initiative in figuring out a solution for me, their attitudes were just like “we don’t care, it’s not our problem”. I mean, every time I ask them if they can hold something for me, they stress so hard that they absolutely CAN’T, but if they could disregard company policies and put it on hold for me when their POS Machine wasn’t working, why couldn’t they do it for something I had already paid for? The way they carry out their policies is so inconsistent, it goes to show they don’t really care much about customers needs, and only do when it conveniences them. They should definitely change the way the conduct customer service to be more accomadating to customers who are paying them money for their items.

This unfortunately is one of the smaller (as in really small) Vinnie's stores. So, going hand in hand with that is less room for stock. Like any Vinnie's or Salvos store, stock ry is different day to day. The only thing that U can do is go in & look regularly of there's something in particular that Ur wanting

I come into this Vinnies at least once a month as their stock is very reasonably priced (cough cough Salvos). HOWEVER Every single time I’ve gone in this year the staff will have someone follow me around the store (sometimes one, sometimes two or three). It’s impossible to walk around and browse when you have someone two steps behind you breathing down your neck at all times. Unsure if this is because I am “young” (20s) or dress a bit differently (only saying this because they are outwardly friendly with the older customers, but anyone that looks significantly younger is brushed off). Either way, just thought I’d put this out there for anyone that dresses alternatively - they will treat you like a shoplifter. I have spent a stupid amount of money at this store, and won’t be anymore.

Vinnies op shop sunshine has loads of jewellery ATM, and knickknacks, figurines, teasets, kitchenware. I got a gorgeous miniature porcelain Chinese tea set in authentic wooden box and several asian figurines and a couple of tea cup and saucer sets - for $1!

Great traditional style op shop with low prices and a great range of both second hand and discounted new items. Examples of the type of new products they stock are socks, bed socks, scarves and wool doonas in single to queen. There is a wide range of secondhand men's, women's and children's clothing, as well as books, shoes and homewear. There is a good range of costume jewellery and china at the front of the store. The staff are approachable and will assist with enquiries, all contributing to that wonderful op shop experience that we op shoppers know and love.

This op shop has such good bargains- lots of nice clothing and shoes as reasonable prices. It has hugely improved since about a year ago. Must be getting better donations! And everything is well priced! Only one thing person at counter said that a half price dress was a top- it was a short dress but then it was the half price colour anyway. Also said the dress without a tag couldn’t be half price, yet all dresses were half price and it’s not my fault the tag wasn’t there? Then she said it was half price, so was fine and I left happy.

Very good. I purchased two pairs of shoes, a lovely suit, a lovely dress/business jacket and another pair of pants in the pattern that I like.

Went in last week and received phenomenal service. The staff were personable, attentive, and eager to help, and I found plenty of wonderful items for a bargain, many still with original tags! Highly, highly recommend.

Very reasonably priced compared to other opshop stores in the area. I used to come here quite often though found sometimes it was the same items on the racks every time I would go back (the few new/good things put out must just get snagged up quickly)
