I was so excited when I found a beautiful cream wool sweater. At check out, we noticed a small hole and the lady at the register refused to sell it to me due to being "damaged goods". I asked if I can still buy it because the hole was tiny and can easily be fixed with some needle and thread but she refused again. When asked what was going to happen to the sweater, they said it would end up in the bin. I even asked the manager and she said the same and wouldn't sell it to me. At the end, Vinnie's has a perfectly good sweater in the bin and an unhappy customer. How disappointing and wasteful. Vinnie's, do better.

Not bad customer service n rewards...good variety of clothes homewares toys etc at ok prices though some of the homeware is way over priced.... large store with some furniture.some items are not an opportunity & way overpriced. .,.this store has a new manageress that is sooooo unfriendly, doesn't smile or use eye contact & rude. She will also talk about customers behind their back to volunteer staff. Vinnie's are the most unprofessional business l have ever dealt with & they don't care about the customers. We have a right to complain & they use gaslighting & bullying tactics. I will never have anything to do with this company again & will never again give them another cent nore will l donate to them again.

Vinnies have increased their prices so much since the lockdown that it’s no longer fun to shop there. Some items are just ridiculously high. These items have been donated to you. For goodness sake be fair. 😡😡

My mum found some nice decor here. This place is quite big and well organised

Great price of good quality products with friendly staffs. Would find something vintage.

Pretty big, with a fair selection of furniture. Good for craft stuff, crockery and knick knacks. Quite a lot of clothing too. Pricing if mostly fair unless something is deemed to be "vintage". I don't think I've ever walked out without buying something.

They would rather chuck donation into landfill than pricing reasonably or hand out to people in need for free for the sake of recycling. The lady at the donation collection point went through my donation upon our arrival like it's some kinda treasure hunt. Then outright said some is going to the landfill since they are house deco items not clothing. When I asked for the items back to donate to other stores that'd appreciate them, she insisted on keeping them anyways for some bizarre reason and said they'd "give them a go". Don't waste your donation there. I won't again.

Bad experience specifically at bayswater store. The service there is the worst compare to any other store and made no refund policy despite the quality. There is no customer service but whereever suits them well.

Nearly all clothing now, no furniture, and much less bric a brac and variety like they used to have.

Super range of stuff in here. Bits and bobs, homeward, clothes and jewelry. Definitely worth a dig.

Wow I had a great experience today - the guys working here are awesome. I bought a brand new bed. Go to St Vinnies if you need a new bed, they them at very competitive prices. The two guys I dealt with were super helpful and full of positive energy. I’ll definitely be back!

Always clean and friendly staff. Always a bargain to be found.
