Changed the times, to open 8-10am great for people who work nights and the delivery person is a muppet and can’t ring a door bell. And some sarcastic woman pointed at the sign as I came in and gave a smug look on her withered face.

The staff was very, very stupid, my express had not been delivered successfully for two days in the warehouse, and when I asked him about it in the morning, he was very impatient, saying that we had come to the wrong place and then turned around and left, but the information showed that it was in this place, so I went in again, he went in impatiently and helped me pick up the package, and it only took 30 seconds, so the first time was lying to me. I don't know if he was trying to steal my Rolex watch and I want your company to clean up these garbage workers

Was not open today but the new opening times were well signposted in the window, thank you. Have sent these to Google as they still display the old times online. When I have been to collect my parcel here previously the staff have all been wonderfully helpful. Such a shame they have had to cut the opening hours. Solidarity with the striking postal workers who have been campaigning to try and improve the service and working conditions.

Staff is extremely rude . Extremely very rude. They don't care about your parcel. Both workers firstly says we need to see another customer. We can't deal with you and go inside. Idiots

Shocking experience. First of all the guy who served me gave me someone else’s parcel which is horrible data protection. He was also rude and did not solve my issue whatsoever, I am now left without my parcel and no idea how to receive it.

It doesn’t seem to matter if you book a redelivery on a specific date, as they redeliver your mail whenever they choose anyway and ignore your online request. New opening hours are a joke too, why even bother opening at all? From the sheer number of recent negative reviews, it looks like staff have stopped caring whether they do a good job or not, so the collapse of Royal Mail is imminent - which isn’t a bad thing really, when they mostly deliver unlawful bills like Council Tax (a scam in itself).

I want to say a huge thank you for always sorting through the mail efficiently. I always receive my personal mail on time. I have changed jobs and now work closely with royal mail couriers to ensure all my companies business mail is delivered on time to our stakeholders. Thank you for never letting me or my company down. Thank you to each and every employee at Royal Mail you do an amazing job please keep up the good work!

The opening times are, quite frankly, ridiculous for most of us with a job. My delivery has not been greeted with a calling card either so I have no idea where it is. Royal Mail are the new Hermes.
