I have been to many hotels and resorts around the world. Many. Many. But I have never had such a disappointing experience as I have had here at this place. 1. There is no clear check in process. 2. How can a hotel/resort have 3 floors and no elevator? 3. Staff super inexperienced and oblivious to the simplest request (such as wanting drinking water) 4. Only ONE overpriced restaurant with a mediocre menu. There is no other restaurant in the area. You have only ONE option. 5. There is no breakfast options at all. Even the restaurant opens at 11:00AM. 6. I don’t think the owners understand the meaning of “resort”. But let me teach you, only having a swimming pool and THATS all you have on property, does NOT make you a “resort”. 7. The website says there is pool, fitness center etc. But when I went into the gym to work out for 30 minutes in the morning I was met by the receptionist who said something in Ukrainian, and after (for the fifth time) I had told her that I only speak English; she gives me the most ridiculous look and says “money?!”— In a pretty rude way. Coming to find out, that after all this disappointment, they also charge want to charge 1200 Hryvnia's ($45 USD) to use their fitness equipment. 8. All this for $130 USD per night for a small room? Am I in Cancun, or Monaco? This service would be an insult to all the resorts in this world. Bad bad bad experience.

Информация на сайте не актуальна как оказалось. Отель говорит не имеет доступа к сайту и поэтому условия написал в личные между строк в шаблонном сообщении. Но об этом нужно предупреждать с первого сообщения и проблемы с сайтом это не проблема клиентов. Поэтому спрашивайте про условия напрямую у менеджера чтобы не быть в дальнейшем удивленным.

Fantastic place

Hotel so small and so overpriced staff of the hotel not really experienced the view from the rooms amazing that’s the only positive thing ! the restaurant is really good worth visiting they have great atmosphere and view with good food !

В 2024 году мы стали игнорировать это место Из-за непонятного ценообразования 200 долл за маленький и старый номер? Пару блогеров вас разрекламировали и можно ли делать цены х2? Лучше ехать в Verholy, Edem, Emily или Hay Я молчу уже за то, что можно получить за 200-300 долл за границей Здесь невероятно красивая природа Были здесь раз 30 в 2022-2023 годах Снимали как номера, так и домики на четырех Цены заоблачные не потому, что спрос высок А потому что номеров в этом отеле очень мало Кстати, завтраки тоже очень слабы, но возможно с открытием ресторана Zafferano сейчас что-то изменилось к лучшему. На данный момент не рекомендую Если вам нужен только бассейн – лучше рядом с Osocor
